The expansive floor plan offers plenty of space to kick back with your loved ones. Fix tasty meals in the airy kitchen, then watch sunset on the deck. Ocean Isle Beach is less than a half-mile away. A grocery store, ice cream parlor, and museum are within walking distance.

Upscale beach decor and fine furnishings greet you in the living room. Relax beneath high ceilings and queue up your favorite shows on the 40' smart TV. The open-concept kitchen has everything you need to fix favorite meals, including ample granite counter space and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Four can perch at the kitchen bar, and a dining table seats eight to home-cooked creations.

Find your bliss on the multi-level deck, where there's plenty of comfy furniture, a gas grill for cookouts, and unforgettable views. The crows nest features a quaint bench, offering a quiet spot for morning coffee. Head down to your own private dock to sit by the water.

Nice home in a great location!
We loved the family atmosphere, great location to things to do and plenty of room with a fenced yard. Only downfall need to bring your own beach gear and toilet paper/soaps but otherwise a nice vacation spot for a family with a fenced in yard.

Summer getaway
This was our second time staying at their property. Overall a great trip! House could use some updating and light in stairwell was still out since the last time we stayed here two years ago. Great location with a beautiful sunset though!

Cute but dirty
My family of 6 adults stayed for 5 nights over Labor Day weekend. It was my first time using Vacasa and the staff checked on us several times exceeding my expectation They sent someone promptly to take care of a chirping smoke detector and changed the air filters while there upon our request. We thought the house was cute and initially but upon actually living in the house we discovered it was in need of a deep cleaning. There was considerable mold in the master shower that was not obvious until you were actually in the shower. There was black dog hair in between the cushion of the sofa and the decks, doorways and steps were filthy. The Apple TV didn’t work but fortunately we brought our own. The views were fabulous but the backyard consisted of weeds and dirt and there was no gate on the dock so we had to improvise to keep our dogs contained. We were appreciative that the owners allowed dogs and didn’t mind the fees associated with bringing them however we expected the house to be cleaner because of these fees.

Great home with lots of space!
Awesome location on the island with plenty to enjoy at the house! We fished off of the dock, enjoyed the beach, and loved the big porches at the house. This house is near a great park, several good restaurants, a favorite local coffee shop, and the coastal museum for rainy days - lots to do! Would stay here again!

Nice Home
This home is nice and we would stay there again. It is as describe. We loved sitting on the deck. We had one person who fished and he did so off the dock quite a bit. The kitchen is well stocked and the house was clean on our arrival.

Nathaniel`s 4th Birthday Celebration!!!
The house was AMAZING! It gave us a comfortable and spacious place to stay while we enjoyed celebrating my son`s 4th birthday. I would definitely recommend staying here to all of mybfriends and family. Apart from the issue with the thermostat upstairs, we couldn`t have asked for better accommodations. Beautiful Home with only a few minor exceptions
The home was beautiful, mostly clean and in excellent location. Unfortunately, the dryer did not work reliably and we had to buy a broom to keep the floors clean since there was none available in the house. Living room seating was too small for our family of 6. Most storage space, including the pantry, was locked. Not much storage space for food in the kitchen. Furniture and house was in good condition. Bathrooms were very nice. Parking was spacious. Nice place to stay!
We very much enjoyed the home snd it’s view. My husband caught a nice drum and a small squid from the dock! The place was well appointed and equipped to cook for our family during our stay and it was nice to have two bedrooms downstairs for the grandparents.

Nice home and great location
Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and nicely decorated. Beds are comfortable. The location is perfect- close to the park and shops and a short walk to the beach. Yard is fenced if you take your pet. Grass would be a welcome improvement. It is sandy and gets messy when wet. Property management was very nice and responsive when we had a faucet leak in the kitchen. A plumber came and replaced the fixture. Kitchen is pretty well equipped. Some pots need replacing. Pantry is locked by the owner so the only storage for your food is a ladder shelf. We had fun playing the games, especially the Outdoor connect four. Take note in property details of the golf cart occupying one side of the carport. There is covered parking on one side only. Do not park under the birds nest! Be sure to walk up to the top deck. Beautiful view of the bridge and island- and sunsets.

Not the Dream Home Expected
Location Great! Home experience, not so great and it starts with the lack of cleanliness. Cleanliness is the #1 priority for any vacation rental for our family and this will probably go down as the worse in our traveling experiences. This home was not cleaned and appeared to not have been thoroughly cleaned in a LONG time. For this home to continue to be rented out to vacationers, it needs some major work done internally. It was totally unacceptable. Cleanliness Items of Concern: Floors filthy - not swept, mopped, or carpets shampooed. Dust, dirt, and hair all in the floor, and in appliances (stove, microwave, refrig.) Even walking in shoes, the dirt/dust stick to shoesRefrigerator, Stove, and other appliances filthy. Haven`t been cleaned on inside or outside of appliances. All rugs and carpet filthy. All Off-white furniture coverings in house dirty, need cleaning. Haven`t been cleaned in a while. Headboards hadn`t been dusted. Totally not to my expectations for luxury rentals. We travel a lot and Cleanliness is a major priority. I wish the house was as clean as the pictures portrayed.
