8 Bedrooms (with 2 Master Bedrooms), 7 with En Suite baths plus 2 half baths, Large private saltwater pool with covered outdoor entertainment area. New construction, on lagoon with incredible views from upper deck (you can see Sunset Bridge and beyond). Short walk to the beach. Elevator that stops on all four floors. Kitchen has beautiful marble countertops, coffee bar, pantry and large island. Dining room has large table, and seating. Very large decks with seating to enjoy your morning coffee, or head up in the evening to the upper level deck for breathtaking sunsets. Beautiful open floorplan with 2 story coiffered ceiling and beautiful views. Extensive decks on each level allows for plenty of outdoor leisure area, with very large covered outdoor entertainment area at pool with Tiki bar and TV. 9 king beds so everyone can enjoy a great nights rest, with Bed Linens (weekly rentals only) through Linen company (delivered to front door)! We do not provide towels or beach towels. There are 4 swings, sofas, bistro table and chairs, rocking chairs and chaise loungers on the property to enjoy and relax. The property does have front and back cameras for security purposes.

Great Stay
The house was perfect for our large group! Everyone had plenty of living space and the kitchen was large enough for everyone to eat together! Tina was quick to respond and very attentive. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation 2024
This property was very accommodating for our diverse family (age wise). It was large and open which allowed all of us to be together at the same time. The two refrigerators were amazing. Short walk to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. If we decide to come back to OIB we would rent here again! Thank you to the host who were quick to respond to any questions.

We’ve been coming to OIB for years. This house had so many things there so well stocked. The only bad thing was the sheets the company brought, didn’t fit the bed and kept coming off. But all else was great snd so was the host. She sent us cookies

Terrific Property with Exceptional Service
The family has been reunioning for the last 25 years, by word of mouth from the entire family, this was the best one ever. From an earlier than expected check-in, to the clean and well stocked house, everything was great with the Just Doodling property. My sisters could gush more about the decor of the whole house and the layout of the kitchen/family room. The whole family was able to gather and eat or play games. Any minor issue with the house was met with an immediate, heartfelt apology and immediate response.from Tina (the owner) We were talking very minor issues that she handled to ensure our family had a wonderful week. Property-excellent. Location - excellent. Service -excellent. The whole family is talking about renting again next year!!!!!

Ocean Isle Beach Stay
Our overall impression of the property is that it was not at all worth price we had to pay, which was nearly $14,000 for the week. Examples of problems with the property included, sheets in the bedrooms didn't fit the mattresses, several mattress pads that were tattered and dirty, missing light bulbs in fixtures, the smoke detector was chirping from needing a battery, several bathrooms were not clean, with tubs, sinks and floor having hair present, and the kitchen faucet didn't work properly. Additionally, the floor in the bedroom where I stayed had sand and dust balls around the bed! Overall, it was a disappointing place to stay. One positive note was the property manager. She was very responsive, and tried to get us some replacement items for some of the things that were lacking, like some mattress pads and light bulbs. However, that didn't make up for the lack of cleanliness. Given the overall situation with this property, it would certainly be fair for us to be given some sort of refund credit for our stay. Wonderful trip!
Just Doodling is a fantastic home if you are traveling in a large group with all ages. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped and the pool area is an awesome alternative to the beach. The walk to the beach is a little long for young children, but a wagon was provided for transporting supplies. I would recommend renting a golf cart if you have elders or very small children in your group. There is a small side road near the beach entrance for golf cart parking. The highlight of our trip was to watch the World Series finals and our TN team’s victory on the giant TV in the huge, comfortable great room! We had great weather and the trip was enjoyed by all. Tina is an amazing host and responded immediately to any question we had during our stay. I would highly recommend this property!
