Exceptional lifestyle benefits include direct access to boutique shopping, cafés, surfing and beach walks.

The Space:
This high end, top floor 3-bedroom penthouse apartment makes a grand statement and sets the benchmark for lifestyle living in Ocean Grove. The sophisticated layout features an open plan kitchen, living and dining area that leads onto a large south facing balcony. Stunning panoramic views of Ocean Grove beach and the Barwon Heads Bluff are harnessed from every vantage point, rewarding guests with an exclusive and unforgettable vista. A north-facing alfresco provides another outdoor area out of the wind and weather - you'll feel spoilt for choice when it comes to entertaining.

The private position above The Terrace shopping and dining precinct is also just 400m (approx) to the sand. Here you can experience an exceptional lifestyle with all of the cafes, shops and eateries right on your doorstep, complemented by wonderful views and a beautiful stroll to main beach. Surfers will love being so close to the waves, with reef and beach breaks to explore along this stretch of coast.

Spacious, light-filled and beautifully furnished, this is an ideal base for your weekend away or short coastal break. There are many advantages to this central location, including allocated rear parking for 2 cars. Convenient rear access up the stairs leads you to the elevated apartment, and when you want to hit the shops or the beach, it’s all right on our doorstep.

The living area offers a comfortable lounge to settle in for a movie (TV with Netflix connectivity), with split system air conditioning, ceiling fan and the ambience of a gas log fire. The apartment also has ducted heating-cooling to the main living hub.

The entertainer’s kitchen is equipped with quality appliances, Nespresso coffee pod machine (selection of pods provided to get you started), stylish cabinetry and stone bench tops. Plenty of storage is available, plus fully-stocked crockery, cutlery and cookware, tea, coffee pod machine and some pantry essentials. The dining table is the place to be, for a meal with a world-class view.

The luxury apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, to sleep up to 6 guests. Watch the ships sail past from the ocean view master bedroom, complete with access to the balcony where you can watch the sun set over the estuary. We have done all we can to make your stay as pleasurable as possible, providing hotel quality sheets and towels. The Master bedroom is beautifully appointed with a King bed, split system A/C, ceiling fan, walk-in robe and ensuite. Two further bedrooms have a Queen bed, and Twin Single beds, respectively.

This apartment is located in a safe and friendly neighbourhood, behind the main street: The Terrace, Ocean Grove. Please note you may be able to hear some traffic noise from the alfresco.

All within the immediate area: surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUPing (Stand Up Paddle), diving, bike riding, running paths, skateboarding and golf. If sitting back and relaxing is more your thing then choose from many of the beautiful surrounding beaches, parklands, cafes, bars, restaurants, spas, shops or designer boutiques to spend your time.

Getting Around:
Our beach house is within easy walking/riding distance to parks and the beach, with shops, cafes and a supermarket within steps of the front door. Off-street parking for two cars is available in carpark, accessed via the rear laneway.

Closest train station 25km away (Geelong station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
Ocean Grove is 1 hour 25 mins by car from Melbourne.

Amazing place and location
We loved staying at this apartment, it has everything you need, plus air conditioning for those hot days. The location is fantastic and is so close to the beach, cafes and restaurants. Bonus it was pet friendly so we could take our dog. Jacinta was great to deal with, everything was easy and so enjoyable.

We loved the property. It was right in the heart of Ocean Grove and within a short walk to the beach. The car did not leave the garage. The apartment was delightful, large and roomy, with great views of the ocean. The bedrooms were large and the bathrooms beautiful. The lounge room was very comfy.

This Apartment was perfect for my husband and I , it was bright and airy and we loved the views. We found the Apartment really clean and well maintained, it had a wonderful kitchen that was fully equipped with all we needed for our stay. Property in the heart of town with amazing sea views
The property was large, well equipped and very comfortable. The location is super convenient being so close to shops and restaurants but also being quiet and peaceful at night. you are a short walk away from the beach but have amazing views of the ocean from your balcony , lounge room and even the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms well set up. I would definitely recommend.
