Conner Estate was built in 1894 during the 25 year anniversary of The Great Auditorium. It was the summer estate of W.J. Conner, esq., a prominent attorney, influential in Ocean Grove's formative years. Beyond its history, our home offers you amenities like none other in Ocean Grove and is perfect for celebrations, vacations or getaways!

Uniquely located on the corner of majestic Ocean Pathway and Central Ave, you're steps from the beach and the shops of Ocean Grove, yet you'll enjoy privacy, surrounded by open spaces on all sides! Relax and swing on the wrap-around porch, taking in the ocean views and breeze. The rear yard is your own personal oasis with complete privacy. Indoors you'll appreciate the charm of this lovingly restored historic Victorian estate, large enough for a vacation with extended family and friends, yet intimate enough for a comfy get-away for two! This house is perfect for a family beach vacation. Great indoor and outdoor space; we spent a lot of time on the porch and the back patio. Having an outdoor shower, beach lockers, and a driveway were all added benefits!

This home is well modernized yet maintains its historic charm. Excellent location -- a short walk to the beach, Asbury Park attractions, and 'downtown' Ocean Grove (which has a very different character from Asbury). Perfect spot to take advantage of all the area has to offer. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.

It really is the best porch in Ocean Grove
The house is gorgeous. The location is perfect. Days Ice Cream is a few building away. The ocean is two blocks away and in view. The property manager could not have been any more helpful. The porch, the little game room, the lovely back patio, bikes, touch screen concierge, the abundance of towels, anything you’d want or need is at your fingertips. It’s like your friends let you stay at their beach house. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Great house, petfectly located
Couldn't have been a better house for our extended family reunion. Beautiful Victorian, whose wide porches, back garden seating area, spacious living and dining rooms and kitchen, and 6 bedrooms, accommodated us so well. Super location on the square with a view of the ocean, and short walks to the charming main street of Ocean Grove and to the Asbury Park boardwalk. So perfect! Thanks.

A historical gem of a house
We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautifully maintained historical estate. We loved the eclectic mix of decor and the general vibe of the house. .Even though it was early December, we still were fortunate enough to have relatively mild weather and enjoyed the boardwalk and the proximity to Asbury Park. Between the quaint little town of Ocean Grove and the more bustling area of Asbury Park we found plenty of shops and restaurants to enjoy.

Ocean grove getaway
This is a beautiful Victorian home! We all felt like we went back in time. The location is outstanding. The entire town is peaceful with Asbury Park a short walk away. The porch is EVERYTHING! We sat out every night, played music (sonos speakers everywhere) sipped wine, played games. I highly recommend this gem!

Charming Victorian house.
Lots of room. Tall ceilings. Nice backyard garden eating /resting area. Dominick is very attentive and helpful without being intrusive. Offstreet parking for 3 cars. Lots of bikes. Great stove and oven. A lot of history in the house and surroundings yet close enough to the beach.

Perfect spot for a short family vacation
A perfect spot for a family gathering and short vacation. Yes we lucked out with 80 degree weather in April, and the house was still delightful on its own. The foosball table in the basement was a hit, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. We cooked a good deal in the kitchen was great! We used the wrap around porch a good deal as well as the back patio. I loved being right by the church and the open space leading to the beach. Dom was very responsive anytime we had a question or anything that needed a bit of attention. Highly recommend this place — we would definitely stay here again!

Best location and great house manager!
This house has ocean views from the master bedroom, as well as from a couple of other rooms. It is only 2 blocks from the beach. Literally steps away from Days Ice cream (best ice cream!) and to Main Ave where all the shops are in Ocean Grove. Seagrass restaurant is also fabulous. It's a short walk to all of the restaurants and boardwalk in Asbury Park. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated beautifully and the house was was very clean and comfortable. Can't say enough good things about Dominick. He was the best host we have ever had. I agree with a previous post which said that he was super attentive without being intrusive. 5 stars all around!

Great stay in Ocean Grove
This was a great stay in Ocean Grove, NJ. We spent an extended weekend with family and friends for my wife's birthday. The house is big enough to sleep up to 12 people comfortably, and is a short walk (2 easy blocks) to the wondeful ocean grove beach. House also had a 3 car driveway, which is convenient for busy weekends when parking can be tough to find. The house has a locker on the beach with beach gear as well, which is really convenient, especially if you have kids! You are minutes away from Asbury Park boardwalk as well, which provides another potential outlet of activities. The house itself is quite old, but is well equipped with everthing you would need for a comfortable stay. We made use of the breezy porch and the backyard patio and grill most of the time when we were not at the beach. The host was terrific, and accesible. The kicker for us: being allowed us to stay and access beach a little longer after check out to take advantage of a beautiful day! Overall, fantastic place that I would recommend to others.
