You will have everything within reach, including a grocery store, dozens of restaurants, coffee shops, the Gold Coast Mall, an indoor ice rink, a variety of stores, Northside Park, mini-golf, virtual reality centers, and the landmark Dumser's ice cream.

After a day of fun in the sun, sit out on your furnished patio with a cool drink. The condo's newly-renovated kitchen features a suite of stainless steel appliances, ample counter space to prepare meals, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. In the evenings, gather for board games or sink into the plush sectional and stream your favorite channels in the living area.

This condo also features a private washer/dryer, high-speed internet access, and central air-conditioning for your comfort.

It is very well located close to everything you need for a beach vacation. Do not expect to be completely comfortable if you are planning to be more than 5 persons. Very clean place.

Decent place but not as described
Not as described. 1 queen and 2 full size beds. Very worn. Felt like if you were too close to the edge, you'd fall off. Uncomfortable and needs replaced. Kitchen utensils minimal. Couldn't really cook a meal for a family of 6 if you wanted to. Tiny ants in kitchen. Living room very small and not enough seating for 6 unless you want to sit on top of each other. Blinds in living room riped up and off. People from outside could see in and actually waved at us. Made someone sleeping in the living room impossible. Regular size ants in bedrooms. Every morning I woke up there was at least one on my phone. Upstairs had 2 dogs that woke every morning by 6 and would run through the place playing. It's family of the owner that was there and said they came every 2 weeks, I believe. Area isn't bad but really nothing close enough to walk to, to do.

Pros: The location of the home is great. It is a very short and easy walk to the beach. It is also located near a wide variety of stores and restaurants of all types. Most importantly, it is located near a grocer (Food Lion). The home is comfortable. The AC worked well. The beds were comfortable. There were multiple smart TVs throughout the home. The home was very clean. The bathrooms, kitchen, the dishes, and the entire home were well-cleaned. Cons: The kitchen is poorly equipped. I like to cook breakfast for my family on vacation. The kitchen utensils and tools look like they were gathered at the last minute from a yard sale. Almost all of the pots and pans had severely scratched non-stick coatings. There was only one serviceable stainless steel pan. Cooking a simple breakfast was a challenge in this home. There were a lot of DIY fixes in the home, all done very poorly. There was a wall covered with vinyl paneling, which looked very nice, but the panels were peeling off and falling on the floor. The kitchen cabinet doors were hung crooked. The bathroom was missing a towel hanger, as though someone just ripped it off the wall. The handle to the front screen door kept falling off. When we arrived, there were panels missing from the blinds on the living room sliding door (someone came to install those AFTER we checked in). All of these things are cosmetic, and did not affect the enjoyment of our trip, but it is disappointing to see the cheap and poorly done finishes on a vacation home (the website photos are brilliant, as they depict the home as being sparkly and new-ish).

Quick beach trip
The place was fine; needed to be cleaned a bit better (corners, under couch/cushions) The peel & stick floor is on the walls and under stools at counter, there were some missing & 2 kept falling off the wall. Would stay again; priced for what it is; convenient to drive to Bethany or Rehoboth.

Cute little condo
Close walk to the beach and stores. It was good for our stay with friends and our son. Stocked with games for us to play in the evenings, and the little porch allowed us to watch the fireworks on Sunday nights at the park.
