This condo has a queen sized bed in the master bedroom a queen bed and a bunk bed with twin beds in the second bedroom. There is also a queen sized sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. You'll enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, complimentary wifi and high speed internet and a full sized washer and dryer. There are Smart TVs in the living room and first bedroom so you can stream your favorite shows (with your login credentials.) This first floor condo also has a deck off of the living room and main bedroom and 2 unassigned parking spaces. There's typically plenty of free street parking so available parking is plentiful for this condo. You'll be perfectly located in the peaceful part of town but only a few blocks from Harpoon Hanna's Restaurant on the bay, the Fenwick Island boardwalk and tax-free shopping in Delaware. You'll also be close to other attractions such as restaurants, mini golf, bike rentals. *** NOTE: This property is R-1 zoned, which restricts rentals to more than 4 unrelated individuals.*

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

*Comforters/blankets and pillows are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $134.45. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

*Outdoor pools are open seasonally, typically at a minimum Memorial Day - Labor Day. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times.
