Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. Perfect location!!
Right on the beach, perfect location for a weekend away. Can hear ocean from the condo. No need to drive anywhere. Would stay again because so easy and convenient!

A really great unit
We love this rental! This was our 2nd time staying here and are looking forward to renting it again. Great location and amazing views!! I find anytime I need to interact with Vacasa it is easy and they are responsive- I appreciate their customer service!

We had a really nice time. Everything was clean and comfortable. My suggestion is to update what you provide. It didnt say, (unless I overlooked it) so we brought sheets, towels and shampoo/soap, and you had it already. It would have been nice to know that, so we so we didnt drag everytr

Place was filthy there was food on the floor from the last guests, Coffee maker was leaking had to buy another one. Beds need to be replaced (I bought the coffee pot! Let the next guests by the mattresses)

Great Ocean Front Getaway
Great ocean front one bedroom condo. Nicely decorated and had all the amenities needed to cook. Wonderful sunrises. My only complaint, the ac units have to be cleaned. They seemed to be clogged and run continuously without cooling as well as they could have. Made the place have a lot of humidity. The tub drain needed to be replaced too. Other then that, wonderful place to stay, great location and beautiful view of the beach. Easy check in and check out and even got a late check out with ease too!

Great location and building, cleaning/amenities could be improved...
First off, love the location of this property. The top floor of the building, view/proximity to the ocean and parking situation were perfect. We had no issues getting into the condo, however, we're disappointed with several items upon arrival. The floor hadn't been swept. It was still covered in sand from the previous tenants. And the fridge was dirty. Didn't anticipate having to clean both of those items immediately upon check in. Additionally, we were notified a few hours before arrival the dishwasher was broken. We were told it was going to be fixed at some point, never heard again from the property owners if it was or not. The coffee pot also didn't work properly. We weren't able to use it at all. Additionally, they made it very clear they didn't have cable but a DVD player. Totally fine, we anticipated that, but, found that the DVD player also didn't work. When traveling with a young child, not necessarily ideal. Overall, a nice property, but, the local cleaning and management team could have done a better job with the prep of the property, along with spot checking that all of the items in the unit were functioning in the unit.

The condo is nice. But they only have internet. NO CABLE TV. I like watching the local news but they only had Roku tv. In the living only the bed room had a DVD player. Who brings DVDs on vacation. Not me.. The view is great the place was nice but after a long day out I want to watch cable. I had to use my Netflix account. So I had something good to watch..

Convenient getaway
Property was in excellent condition, super clean and well organized. Location was very convenient and the view was outstanding! Only two very minor quibbles: One, there was no parking space marked with the property number--no real problem, because the ones numbered in the 600s were available to use. Just don't tell folks there is a numbered space. Two: pictures and captions online indicated a Keurig was in the kitchen. Instead, there was an older drip coffee pot. If I had known that, I would not have packed my pods to use! Other than those two very minor glitches, this was a very comfortable stay. Special kudos to the cleaning team--the place was spotless.

Beautiful apartment with great ocean view
We had a very relaxing girls weekend in this cozy updated apartment and really enjoyed our stay. The location is super convenient. We especially enjoyed the balcony and the ocean views. The kitchen had the essentials but nothing extra. Some of the items are ready to be replaced such as the older coffee machine. Besides small pepper and salt shakers there is nothing else so if you plan to cook, please bring all necessities. Highly recommend and would stay again.

This was a perfect place for our group of 3. We could not have been happier! The only temporary concern was navigating the AC units that seemed to blow a lot longer than needed being set to "auto" which was the required setting. Also, it would have been nice for the bedroom ceiling fan to operate separately from the overhead light. But seriously, that was it. We ordered dinner from "Liquid Assets" across the street and had a very relaxing stay!
