Redecorated. Absolutely gorgeous and spacious end unit with nearly 900 Square Feet of space! Steps to the beach and walking distance to shopping, restaurants and entertainment for adults & kids alike. Close to Rt. 90 at 62nd St.

This condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, kitchen remodeled in 2015 with granite counters & breakfast bar, new kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting and plush vinyl wood appearance flooring throughout!

Both bathrooms have been updated with granite counter tops & ceramic tile floors, 6 panel doors throughout, big screen flat TV's in both bedrooms & living area and much more! The unit has a spacious front porch with a handicapped access ramp from the parking area to the unit. 2 assigned parking spaces are located in the rear of the building. Additional public parking is available on 68th street.

A Beach Gear Box is located on the front porch. It includes 2 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, sand toys and boogie boards for fun on the beach!

Great location
The location was perfect! Inside the property was ideal for our family. The only issues were this property advertised free tickets for local attractions, but was difficult to get the information after booking. When we finally got the facts, the offer was useless and shouldn't be mentioned on the listing. Someone was working outside the property close to window of the bedroom. It would have been nice if we were told ahead of time to not be alarmed. Overall, I would still stay at this property again.

Great place to stay! It was spacious and loved having two bathrooms too! Close to the beach and loved not having to lug our chairs from home. The use of the umbrella’s was also appreciated! Had a fabulous week!

The property is well-maintained. It closely fits the on-line description. We really enjoyed our stay - kudos to the owner and the management! The only inconvenience we encountered (thus the 4-star cleanliness rating) was the total lack of toilet paper on the premises. So, bring a roll (or two...) and also take a roll of the paper towels, just in case.

Location was great, easy access to the beach, miniature golf across the street and many great restaurants within walking distance. However the kitchen sink was slow to drain due to the food disposal did not work. In addition, there were no instructions on how to operate the living room TV. Overall a nice place to stay. Great location and layout. Only issues were that the cleaning could have been better.... And there is nowhere to put your clothes.... had to live out of luggage. Place is functional for 6 max... not 9.

We had a great stay at Sea Lodge. The pictures are very accurate. We debated over a vacation for a long time this year for fear of the pandemic. When I chose this place I liked that it had its own entrance and was on the first floor so we did not have to share space. The place seemed well cleaned. With small kids, we loved that it was a close walk to the beach and mini golf. Also some shops and restaurants! We had two simple questions, which were quickly addressed by Roger through texts. We would absolutely stay again.

Updated condo in great location
We really loved the decor and updated look and feel to the property as well as the location in midtown and the beach block access. Parking on the street is hard to find, but you really don’t need it with the two designated spots behind the building. We had a few hiccups with things listed in the description, but they weren’t disastrous and they even sent the cleaning lady back with additional toilet paper and trash bags when I mentioned there were any. The master bath water faucet in the shower wouldn’t work for us about 1/3 of the time, so we took more showers in the second bathroom than we wanted to, but having two bathrooms was a huge plus in itself. The outdoor water area to rinse off our feet was also better than just a faucet that we’ve had other places. We’d definitely stay here again.

Loved the place and location. Looked updated with nice furniture and deco.
The only complaint was the master shower broke and was not fixed before checkout. Other than that- place was great and hope to rent again.
