Location was perfect for us .. Room was surprisingly clean and cute .. bathroom was tiny and very much out dated .. balcony was over the office awning, which definitely needed to be cleaned .. bottles, crabs shells, dead bird etc ..

Excellent location, literally just steps from the ocean. Somewhat updated accommodations. Cleaner than most. Bathroom was shabby and in need of upgrading, there were only 2 small lamps, and the 3rd lamp had no bulb or anywhere to plug it in. Working mini fridge was a plus, as well as a little balcony/patio area. Lock on slider was sturdy. Ac was cold, bed, pillows and linens were comfortable. Very pleasant check in.

It was so dirty there was hair everywhere that was black. The linens were dirty. The pillows smelled like mold. The bathroom window was nailed shut so he couldn’t even open it for ventilation very dim lights very That my back hurt top to bottom unkept not impressed at all. I will not be returning. The beds are absolutely hard as a rock

You get what you pay for, so this no-frills hotel was exactly what I needed-- an inexpensive room in sight of the ocean. The building shows its age, but the room was fine, the fridge and the a/c did their job, and everyone (hotel staff and other guests) was friendly and nice. Internet wasn't great (slow to load and would not support streaming).
