This beachfront condo sits on the third floor of its mid-rise building on 59th Street, where you'll find an indoor pool and hot tub available year-round and great shopping and dining close by.
Central AC greets you as you step through the door, with a light-filled living space just down the entry hall. The kitchen features polished stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar for three, while the adjacent dining area has a table for six. The living area invites you in with multiple sofas and recliners, a gas fireplace, a streaming-capable flatscreen TV, and glass doors that connect to the oceanfront balcony.
Two of the three bedrooms are primary suites, including one overlooking the ocean with balcony access, a walk-in closet, and an oversize bathroom with a jetted tub and shower. High-speed WiFi and a private washer/dryer are provided as well.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
