Direct Ocean Front 4 bedroom 2 Bath unit. This is as original as it gets in OC with this vintage unit with a fresh coat of paint in 2023. Updated with new bedding and some Furniture. This place is perfect for the Beach Bum in you as you are literally looking at the ocean out of every window and you are 10 steps to the beach. Book this unit with 2 other units in the building for larger gatherings, or just meet new friends and start a new Ocean Front Tradition.

Nine of us stayed here and really enjoyed the rental. The location is perfect. Bed was comfortable. The only downside we had was the hot water in the shower wasn’t very hot. Would stay here again

I hate leaving this review but the listing photos are not what you get. They are from years ago
Pros: Location was perfect, close to everything. Size of unit was fantastic and the beds were comfortable. Cons: The place is falling apart. We were too scared to sit on the porch because of the floor was wobbly and slanted badly. Porch furniture, we could only sit on half of it because they were broken. Wiped the others down because they were mildewed. The columns and ceiling are dry rotten and falling apart. Master bathroom toilet was unusable and not attached to anything because we were afraid to sit on it, it wobbled so bad. Master shower has mold all in bottom. We wore flip flops too shower in. Second bathroom shower was only cold water, so that bathroom was pointless. A cleaning person walked into the unit saying she was sent to clean. I let her know we were leaving to the next day and she left. Best part, we couldn't park in either of the designated parking spaces because others were parked in them, the entire trip. Reached out to the property manager and she said she would get them moved, which never happened. She did give us another space to park in but every time we'd leave, someone else would take that spot as well. Ended up having to pay for parking the majority of our trip.

Poorly maintained property
Very disappointed in the upkeep and maintenance of the property. The bathroom light flickered which appears to be an electrical issue. There are several very soft spots in the flooring. The rocking chairs and dining chairs were very wobbly. You had to be very careful sitting down in them. The main bathtub dripped. The master toilet was installed on a small platform so when u got up the toilet moved a lot. They covered obvious water damage in the master bath by putting baseboard on the floor. Could be a lovely vacation home if they cared about fixing things properly. On a positive note we loved the location and the view from the porch as well as access to lots of fun activities and the beach.

Beautiful View
My family stayed at the Virginia Lee - Top Floor for the weekend to celebrate our son's 30th birthday. They visited a couple of wonderful golf courses nearby and were very impressed. The location of the home couldn't be beat. There are restaurants and shops within a few steps. The view from the porch was amazing. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to the ocean. It is a rustic home that was built in 1929 that has character. It is not modern but is very quaint.
