Oceana II 8203 Atlantic Ave Unit 607 Ocean City Md 21842 This condo has it all, 6th floor views up and down the beach.High Speed WIFI- Full kitchen with all the amenities, dinning table that seats 4 and 2 stools located at kitchen granite bar. The master suite has it own bathroom large sink and stand up shower and king bed located direct ocean front with balcony access from 6 foot patio door. The guest bedroom is located on the rear of the condo featuring 2 beds along with a tall chest drawer and closet. Both bedrooms have TV's with cable. Guest bathroom has a tub and shower for children. Living room is located direct ocean front along with balcony access from the 12 patio door. Living room features full queen sofa sleeper love seat 50 inch HD TV with cable. There is a washer and dryer located in this unit. Ocean II is in mid-town OC easy access to both north and south end of OC. Oc has so much to offer from probably one of the largest and nicest beaches on the eastern sea board to dinning, golf, amusement parks, legendary boardwalk and of course Jamaica USA Secrets bar, restaurant and nite club. Rope Walk ( Restaurant and Entertainment for entire Family) is across the street walk start down 83rd street beside Oceana II **** 3 minute walk **** This place is AWESOME !!!!

Great place!
Was spacious, comfortable and the perfect location for us. Beach wasn’t crowded in front of the building and we never heard the neighbors. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect getaway
Spacious for a small family. The views of the beach are unmatched from the living area and master bedroom. We’ve been to Ocean City a few times and this location is the best we’ve stayed at yet. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Great weekend stay
We take an annual trip around Mother's day to Ocean city every year. I found this condo and we all agreed it would be a great choice. The location was great and convenient to the places we frequent. We will be booking this unit again in the future!

Had a great time. Condo was clean, spacious and kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. We only had to contact the host one time regarding a minor issue with the lock on the door and he was quick to respond.

This is my third time staying at this oceanfront property. The condo has easy access to the beach, easy parking and in a great location. The place is very clean and very comfortable beds. Love the recliners too! The kitchen has enough cookware to make meals. The entire condo is very roomy. Property manager was very responsive.

We vacationed here 10 years ago and enjoyed every moment so we decided to stay here again. I love love love the beach/ocean views. We decided to stay another night because the weather was a bit crappy. The owners got back to us within seconds with no problem at all. We will definitely be back!

The place was good. The only thing i didn't like was the couch mattress wasn't clean, may need to be replaced. The location was great, close to everything. Nice view of the beach and ocean.

Great Place for a Family Vacation
We had a wonderful stay for our annual OC family vacation. Perfect location and right on the beach. Plenty of room in the unit; as most beach properties feel cramped. The cleaning company could be more thorough, but Fred was very quick to respond and correct the issues. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet off season condo
We love coming to OC in the off season. This condo fits the bill. Miles of open quiet beach to walk on and some local bars within walking distance. The condo is clean and directly on the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen has been updated. I enjoyed wrapping in a blanket sitting on the balcony listening and watching the surf for hours. I did have to text the owner when we arrived and he responded within minutes.

We left a day early; weather was awful! There was no info parking spot; had to call VRBO. Their service was pronto. I thought the hallway was dark and dreary; so was the first bedroom with a blocked window. There was lots of moisture in bathrooms; found turning on fan helped. Upon reading last minute info, we realized we had to rent linens; not happy about that. We were charged some "service" fee; thought that would take care of that. If weather permitted, the pool was not inviting. It was tucked in back beneath surrounding patios. All in all, disappointed.
