Great place if you want to stay off the beaten path and dont mind driving places. Nice that you can walk to the beach and see the light house.

Perfect Spot for Ocean’s Calling
Out of the chaos of Ocean’s calling for lots of dinner choices Friday night and an easy Uber in for the show on Saturday. Staff and facilities were great. Great time was had with my friends at a reasonable price.

The Pillows in Master Bedroom
Those were not pillows, they were bags of cement! Unfluffable slabs. Please invest in some softer pillows. I could not locate any additional pillows but did not pull out the couch. Otherwise the unit was clean, neat and the hot tub was an added bonus. The cable should be upgraded to a better service besides standard.

Lighthouse Villa
This property is a very short walk to the beach and has comfortable beds. I had to fill out an inventory list upon arrival. That was new. Overall it is a nice place and decorated nicely.

Not a pleasant place to stay. Don’t do it!
Overall, our experience was HORRIBLE. Upon arrival at this location, we entered the complex (checked in after office hours) and we were greeting with a giant glass door sitting on the coffee table making it impossible for us to pull out the sofa-bed. Also, NO HOT WATER. We were there for a cheer competition weekend (3 adults, 3 minor girls), and after such a long drive we were not able to shower that night.I spoke with Heather (very pleasant lady) who was kind enough to get us in contact with 24 hour maintenance. The maintenance man showed up, and was not able to move the door because it was way too heavy for one person. We thought the water was fixed, but turns out it wasn’t. Went to sleep w/o showering, yuck! And then had suchhhh an early morning- up 5am to get the girls ready for comp. Only to find out once again …. NO HOT WATER. Long story short they couldn’t get to us until after the girls were due to the convention center. So again, NO SHOWERS.. and had to brush teeth and wash faces in very cold water. We had such a long day and check out was before 10am the next day so we were determined to shower that night. And it was fixed. The door was never moved we had to move ourselves. And then after dropping the keys in the box they called and told me that I only returned 1 set! Lies and wanted to charge me $250. No accommodation for anything we went through, but wanted to charge me for a key I’m sure they ended up finding. Horrible!!! Horrible! I have pictures and videos.

New hot tubs but they do now work properly
Communication was not the best. Arrived Thursday night after office closed. Called to inform I would be arriving after 5 and was informed she would call me back asap had to check if you should providexa code. It was a few hrs before i received call back, was already on the road. Not too much of a big deal. Went by office Sat morning to check in per instructions. Another no big deal. Person at frint desk asked if i was there fir any specific reason. I replied just a get away to enjoy hot tub. Used hot tub both thurdsy and friday night but temps dropped so not reslly enjoyable. Call office Saturday morning for 10 to inform them the temp of hot tub was goimg down. Even ststed thst I was Shivering while talking to her from hit tub. I was told I would receive a call should maintenance needed anything else from me. Never heard anything back but also noone ever csme to look or fix hot tub. Plan was to spend the full dsy Sat enjoying the reason i was there and was only able to stay in hot tub for no more thsn 20 mins. Had the hot tub worked or even been fixed so I was able to enjoy the reason I was there it would have been great, and I sure would have been back. Not so much now.

Overall the property was nice. The hot tub was not hot. Unable to adjust temp as it was locked. The TV’s were challenging to use; directions would be helpful as there are 2 controllers and an extra box!

Property was great! Nice and clean! Only main issue was , the wi-fi is horrible (mainly doesn’t even work) and the hot tub was not clean and we couldn’t even use it because, we felt so gross getting into it :( other than that, nice enough.

Pictures show a different unit with a view of the lighthouse, this is not the case for unit 7. No usable internet. Hot tub is not cared for, the cover is falling apart into the hot tub, it worked sometimes, we called, but to my knowledge it was never addressed. The A/C did stop working but was addressed very quickly and fixed within hours so very satisfied with the service. We had to wait at the check in location because apparently they were not finished cleaning it yet. (Unit was not very clean) Overall would not stay here again.

Good value and location. If your looking for a reasonably priced house this is good. We normally stay at 4 and 5 star houses but the market prices are ridiculous so, this was fair for the price. Great for a short stay.

overall we really enjoyed our stay. a few minor things were not to our liking such as the hot tub having a very strong chlorine smell and was imposible to even enjoy while inside. One of the bathrooms were very dirty upon stay. but the place was in a great location, close to the beach and right next to a very night lighthouse. the bikes that were provided was a nice touch even though only 2 of them were able to be used!

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. Would have loved more pillows and blankets. And if the hot tub was working that would have been even better. Started working out last day there but looked dirty and not cleaned out. But all and all place was nice and when we called with and issue the man that came out was so nice and helpful fixes everything.

We picked this u it for the hot tub , we were unable to us bc it was super dirty. Told office and they called their guy but we never heard from them. It's a shame bc it is a nice unit. And coming up from fl we were looking forward to the hot tub.

Needs Attention
We were just going for two nights , if it were any longer I would’ve found a new place. When we arrived the cable in the master didn’t work called and it never got resolved. Pulled out the sleeper sofa and there was still popcorn in there from previous stays. The next morning we go out to use the hot tub the water was so cloudy I wasn’t letting my family in it and you could see a jet was out of it. There were closet doors off the track. Clearly this is not cleaned and or inspected how it should be. Just beware if you are going and renting the place for the hot tub , I wouldn’t get your hopes up because it is nothing special even if it wasn’t dirty you could see jet pressure was none existent.

Stayed the weekend, during the month of March. Location was easy to find. Close to restaurants and shopping. Very clean had all the amenities of home. Except a kuerig, but managed without. Heat worked great! Very cold weekend.

Cute and Quaint
Check in was super easy. Location was great. Property was clean! Could use a few updates. There was no tv in one of the bedrooms which was a little disappointing. Very few pots and pans, i would recommend bringing some from home. A griddle definitely would have come in handy. Overall, the stay was great. I would definitely book again.
