The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience.

NO DEN- PENTHOUSE (3 BEDROOM).
A non-refundable cash building registration fee is required.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great space for families
The unit was very spacious and beds were comfortable. Views were great from all rooms. The unit was unfortunately not cleaned well at check in I did report to vacasa and they were quick to respond but it does cause inconvenience when you have to coordinate around a cleaning crew. Bathrooms could use some updating but we’re functional.

Beautiful Ocean Front Home
My family truly enjoyed our stay here! The home is beautiful, full of beach decor and has every amenity you could need. Each room has a TV, the kitchen is fully equipped, there’s a closet full of beach toys, an umbrella & wagon as well as a cabinet in the dining room full of puzzles and games for rainy days. Each bedroom has direct access to the balcony overlooking the beach. We loved our time here and can’t wait to come back.

The SeaWatch is a wonderful place for families to stay. There are lots of amenities for all ages.This condo has everything you need while on vacation! Decorated nicely with beautiful murals give it the fun, light,beach appeal. We loved having the extra space that this unit provides. The living room and dining rooms are furnished with lots of seating. The bedrooms are spacious, comfortable and each has a tv. Being able to see the sunrise from your bedroom is a fantastic way to start the day!! The views from every room are amazing! We really liked 1900 and will be back!

Amazing beach views north and south Ocean City. Great bay views also. A beautiful massive balcony, with views from all three bedrooms, as well as stunning views from Living room, Dining Room and Kitchen. So much to do at the Sea Watch resort. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
