Oceanside condo with 2,300 square feet of space- enough room for the entire family. Enjoy incredible bay sunsets from the large, wrap-around balcony. Well appointed kitchen with granite counter tops, seating for six and separate dining area with additional seating for six. Large primary bedroom with a walk-in closet, 2 person jacuzzi, separate shower and an oversized double vanity in the primary bath. Each of the bedrooms has direct access to bathrooms. The living room is equipped with a 55' Smart TV, along with a cozy gas fireplace. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV- some Smart and some with DVD. Free WiFi throughout the unit. Great mid-town location. Close to dining, restaurants, watersports, shopping and much more.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Good location and very roomy
Condo was a good location and roomy, very stocked for a vacation kitchen. Nice large Balcony. Only complaint would be some of the mattresses need replaced

Great location
The condo, in general, was great! Big rooms, lots of space, great location and great balcony! The management company was great with contact and answering all our questions! Small concerns.. The doors on the bathrooms do not lock and when you have 8 friends staying together, and the bedrooms share bathrooms, you need locks. The master bath jacuzzi tub jets did not work, but not a huge deal. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be booking again for next year!

Ocean Bliss 103
Condo was large and spacious, great location and had a huge oversized wrap around balcony. We had 8 people (3 separate groups) and there was plenty of space for everyone. It could’ve been a bit cleaner and the rugs need to be replaced. Also had some issues with linens not being clean. Overall we had a very enjoyable vacation and would stay here again if some of these minor issues are corrected.

Amazing!!
This place was very large, priced perfectly, walking distance to the beach, huge private balcony. When we arrived the furnace was frozen up. We called and reported it, within hours the tech was there and fixed it completely, hassle free. Amazing customer service. This place met all of our needs and the customer service made our stay even better by being so helpful.

Vacation 6/22/24 to 6/29/24
Condo was very spacious and bed configuration was excellent. (No bunk beds or trundle beds hoooray!!!) Beds were comfortable. We had a party of 10 and did not use the sleeper sofa in living room. All amenities were great , wife was especially happy beds were already made. Wish they had grab bars in step in shower for handicap people. Vacation turned out great will probably be back next year and if available would rent same condo.

House exactly as pictured!
We loved our stay at Ocean Bliss 103. The place was perfect for our family of 9. Located directly across from Seacret’s and walking distance to so many other great attractions. Not noisy in the evenings which meant no issues for anyone in the family getting a good nights sleep. Super close walk to the beach… overall; an amazing stay.

Great location
Oceam bliss is a great location. This unit had cute beach decore and the beds were comfy. My one major complaint is the air filter was absolutely covered in filth. A customer shouldn't have to make these kinds of request (to have the filter changed) it should be part of routine maintenance. Customer service was quick to respond.

Great vacation
Overall the unit is great. It is large and a perfect location. It is nice without being too fancy. It could use a little more upkeep with some items broken including most of the deck furniture. Also one of the beds really needs replacing. Would stay there again with a group.

Great Location; Great Size and Clean and Comfortable Condo!
We were very happy that we found this property. The condo is huge, and the location was perfect for us. It is convenient to so many things we wanted to do, Seacret Beach Bar Restaurant is right across the street, which was our favorite hangout spot. :) The condo was also very clean and comfortable. The beds were nice and firm and the carpets were shampooed before our arrival. There was also plenty of fresh linen/towels. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Vacasa! The service and communication you provided us with was exceptional. We will definitely use your services again.

Second time staying here
This was our second year staying at Ocean Bliss 103. This year, the arrival process was completely different than last and left hundreds of people waiting in the rain at the same location to check in to all different properties. The lock code wasn’t working so after all of the back and forth, we didn’t get into our condo for an hour after check in. Then, mid week we got locked in a broken elevator for 30 minutes with 6 people, one of those people being my 5 year old niece who was traumatized. We had to call the local fire department to get out and then got stuck AGAIN a few days later as it wasn’t fixed properly the first time. Overall, it was very disappointing and we won’t be returning.

Pros : big , good location , Cons: mold in bathroom , WiFi issue but it was resolved next day . Keypad for door entry was not working and was never resolved or even notified any progress on getting fixed.

Ocean Not Bliss
Location is close to the beach, but also right across from Seacrets so it’s loud and bright at night. Overall the place is big for a large group to stay, but needs some serious updates as it’s very tired compared to the pictures. The one bathroom had mold in it, the beds were sinking in, the blinds were off their clips and hard to put back up, the couch had an awful smell like an animal had peed on it, outside furniture was broken. My biggest complaint was that vacasa was the property manager. I’ll never rent a condo run by them again as you don’t get to connect to someone local, you have to deal with 1800 number. We left a small item behind two hours after we checked out but we were already on the road. They charged us a fee to find the item, but it took them almost a week to go back and look for it. Then we received mixed messages that it was found and not found and 1800 reps wouldn’t connect us with someone local. Terrible service.

Very poorly run company
We were locked out of the unit on day one. We were on hold with Vacasa help via the app for over an hour awaiting assistance. We were given 3 different codes to enter and they didn't work. Then a code for the emergency lock box to get the key and it didn't work. We were finally able to open the door with one of the codes and lifting up and out on the door. They sent a repair man the next day to change the batteries. This did not resolve the problem because the keyless entry was not functioning properly. We were locked out again on day 2, but we managed to slide the bolt with a credit card to enter. We placed 4 calls and two emails to Vacasa. The lock was replaced and we were given physical keys after the 5th day of our stay. During those 5 days, one family member had to stay at the unit so it could be unlocked for others. This was a complete disaster and we would like compensation for the lack of attention to this issue. I am not going to outline the other issues that Ocean Bliss has but it is in need of repairs.

Very nice place. Close to beach an a very nice pool. Place was plenty big for 8 adults. Our 2nd day there the AC broke. Repair guy came out the same day. The next day it broke again. Called and Vacasa had the repair guy come out not to just fix it but replaced the hole unit. No other issues. Thanks Vacasa for a great place and vacation

Oceanbliss vacation

Lots to love
The location is the perfect balance for our family with 3 teenagers. One block access to the beach, easy access to the bus, and Dumser's, Bayside watersports, and mini-golf in walking distance. Four spacious bedrooms and a large open kitchen / living room space. The views of Ocean Boulevard on the large balcony are very nice. The pool is reasonable and easy to access. Some aspects of 103 could use some updating. The space is loud all night due to the old sliding doors to the balcony, and the dishwasher and laundry need to be replaced. If loud background noise makes it hard for you to sleep, find something closer to the beach.

Pleasantly surprised!
We were very happy with our stay in Ocean Bliss 103! We have stayed in the same place a couple blocks down for 13 years so we went into ocean Bliss with no expectations but we were pleasantly surprised! Plenty of room, fun balcony atmosphere, spacious bathrooms, plenty of towels provided, well equipped kitchen and a very short hop, skip and jump to the ocean! The pool was just ok but it is perfect for the little ones. We will certainly put Ocean Bliss 103 at the top of our ocean city condo option list! 😁👏🏼👏🏼

Great place with tiny issues
The accommodations were very nice. There was a small ant issue. Couldn't figure out hvac temps. The electronic door lock battery was almost dead & stopped working. But vasca employee provided us keys in a timely manner to secure the condo. All in all, we were very pleased & would come back again.
