EXCLUSIVE 100-ft Oceanfront Balcony -- 3 Bed/2.5 Bath End-Unit Condo @ Sea Watch

Exclusive 3-bedroom/2.5 bath end-unit condo on the 7th floor of the famous Sea Watch condominium building on 115th Street.

EVERY room has sliding glass door access to the 100+ foot long oceanfront balcony (YES....100 feet long -- it's AMAZING!!).

Unit is completely re-modeled with tile floors, state-of-the-art kitchen, open floor plan, new furniture, TVs in every room, two sleeper sofas, electric fireplace, and a large set of patio furniture (adirondack chairs, rocking chairs, lounge chairs, and tables).

This one-of-a-kind unit has a 3-sided balcony -- north, south & longest oceanfront balcony in Ocean City. Master bedroom is the corner room with two sets of sliding glass doors providing access to the oceanfront & north-facing balconies. Unit has washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, central air, and high-speed WiFi.

In addition, the Sea Watch building has EVERYTHING: two pools (indoor & outdoor), fitness center, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, arcade/game-room, billiards room, snack shop, and private cinema in the building <-- super COOL!!

The building also has a large parking garage onsite. During May thru September there is a one-time fee per vehicle to utilize the garage -- $55 (cash) or $60 (credit card).

Condo is in great location for the off-season activities:
• Near the Ocean City Winterfest of Lights.
• Sea Watch is in the middle of the Ocean City Christmas Parade route.
•. Close to the Convention Center and Performing Arts Center with on-going performances.
•. Watch the off-season parades/events curbside: Classic Car Shows, BikeFest, St Patrick’s Day events, etc.
•. Near the best restaurants that are open year-around: Liquid Assets, Saltwater75, Nantucket’s, RopeWalk, Tailchasers, etc.

This is the BEST Ocean City has to offer. Near everything.....shopping, restaurants, activities, etc.

This condo is amazing! Everything is as advertised and I was pleased to find some key staples such as a hair dryer located within the condo. The owner is very responsive and was a pleasure to work with. The only (small) downside was the blinds were hard to open and close. They also provided very little light blocking so my kids were up at sunrise each day.

This was our third stay in this AMAZING CONDO !! We could never stay elsewhere … Besides the unit being totally renovated & comfortable… the 100 foot oceanfront deck is beyond words !! The pictures posted for this rental do it no justice. It is the most beautiful and amazing property! All of the amenities that are included are top notch. You can't beat the view from the balcony (which goes on and on). The property owner was readily available for the one question I had and even took the time to follow up once we arrived to make sure we had everything and were comfortable. This was a long weekend girls trip and I can't wait to come back with my family. 100 + stars!!!!

We love this condo in OC! The views are spectacular! We love having access to the long porch from each bedroom! The owner is super responsive and helpful. We are already looking forward to next year. We took great advantage of the pool, got to catch a movie in the theater and our kids enjoyed the playground. Ideal location and beautiful space!
