Beautiful and spacious, this four bedroom four-and-a-half bath plus den townhouse in the stunning Sunset Island community will be just the place to bring the whole family for a vacation they won't soon forget. As soon as you step foot inside, the entry will welcome you with a comfortable den/bedroom, a full bathroom, and a laundry room that will allow everyone to pack light and wash dirty clothes during your stay. On the main level you will find an oversized kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a double-wall oven, an island with seating and storage, and a separate dining area with a huge dining table just ready to host formal dinner or game nights with the whole gang. Off the kitchen, there is a screened in porch filed with natural light and fresh air to relax or sip a morning coffee in bliss. When days heat up, there will be no better way to cool off than heading over to the shared pool or walking to the beach mere minutes away!
When it is time to ht the hay, the main suite features a walk-in closet and a large bathroom with a double vanity, soaking tub, and shower stall. Two more bedrooms and full bathrooms are also on this level. The top floor features the large bonus loft bedroom with a separate seating area, a full bath and a private balcony.
Things to Know
A building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are $70 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following: January 1 - April 30 and October – December 31 = $100. May 1 - May 25 = $150. Sunday before Memorial Day, May 26 to Saturday after Labor Day, September 7 = $200. September 8 - September 30 = $150.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
