All guest must must sign both a rental agreement and a check in form. The rental agreement is the same as the house rules you will see in the listing and the check in form is letting us know names and ages of those staying at property along with uploading a license. This is required and not optional.
Seniors are welcome, however they will abide by all rules and are not allowed to have parties or guest not on lease. Bike & pack N play rentals available. Inquire with host.
Guest Access:
Agent will send instructions no later than 48 hours prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Located bayside on 14th Street & St. Louis Ave, this property is close to boards, White Marlin Open & beach. The skate park is located 11 streets south along with basketball courts. Close to everything but far enough away to not have a lot of noise!
Getting Around:
Two parking spots that are marked. You can ride bikes, walk, drive or take the bus. New to 2025 season, we offer bike rentals for your convenience. Inquire with your host.
Other Things to Note:
Visit some of our local favorite spots and small business. Shotti's restaurant (they have awesome crab and shrimp pizza), Sinepuxent Brewery , 45th St. Taphouse are a few. Jolly Rogers and Frontier Town are some unique parks & Assateague Island is a most!
