Don't worry about sandy suits, as the private washer and dryer will be ready to assist.
With small-town tourist vibes in the summer months and a quiet local feel in the off-season, this coastal city will be ideal for taking advantage of miles of pristine beaches. If you brought the kiddos along, they will love spending an afternoon at Jolly Roger Amusement Park (one mile) and everyone will enjoy the hustle and bustle of Ocean City Boardwalk (two-and-a-half miles). Things to Know
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
