You will be within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, and Ocean City’s quintessential attractions, and the beach. Walk one block to the Atlantic Ocean and spend the day in the surf and sand, basking in the sun. Then, come back home and rinse off the sand using the outdoor shower provided.
This condo features a fully equipped kitchen that has all you need to create your best dishes, including a Keurig coffee maker, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, a toaster, and a breakfast bar with seating for five. Plus, you have the choice of dining indoors or outdoors on the patio. When it comes to entertainment, this condo has something for everyone! Find smart TVs, DVD players, children's DVDs, a swim board, children's books, puzzles, and board games. You'll also have three beach chairs, one beach umbrella, one tent, beach toys (football, volleyball, boogie board, sand castle toys), fishing gear & a beach trolley. Items are located in the storage outside the patio. At the end of the day, retreat to your cozy bed for a restful sleep. Sundance II is the perfect place for a weekend away!

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
