The condo was exactly as pictured! It was well stocked and had everything we needed. The back deck was wonderful and the location was perfect. Just a short walk over the dune access to the beach. If you’re bringing your own linens, remember hand towels and kitchen towels.

Well kept and clean unit, tremendous access to the beach and a hidden gem - the Northside Park. Property Manager was easy to work with. Great family friendly unit.

My family of six stayed in this rental for a week. The location is lovely, right on the beach with direct access. The beach itself was very family friendly, not overly crowded, and had good waves for the kids. The place was clean. It is a bit tight, with limited storage, but we made it work. Also, it's within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping which was a bonus. The only downside was no pool on site, but I'm willing to sacrifice on that for the better beach location away from the massive hotels. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay !!

This property was clean and well appointed. We loved the decor and learned from the owners Aunt that it was all done by the owners and not a professional. Great taste! Everything worked and was in great condition. We stayed for the 3 night while enjoying Ocean Calling to see Jelly Roll and the other bands. It was super nice to be away from it all when we wanted. The only problem we had was when we arrived we could not get the lock box open and had to watch a youtube video. Once we figured it out it was easy as pie. The steps are a lot but the view was worth it. Thank you again for sharing your piece of heaven with us !

Best vacation at the beach! Beach was clean and calm. Accommodations were wonderful David really has a gem of a vacation spot. ❤️. Fully stocked kitchen (only missing a veg peeler). 3rd floor - beautiful view, deck was wonderful - morning, noon and nighttime. Stairs kept us in shape. Very comfortable and clean. Would come back.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The property was well kept and updated. It was clean when we arrived and we were so excited for our ocean view! It did not disappoint. We really enjoyed the Condo. It was well stocked and had a Beautiful view of the Ocean. The 3 flights of stairs were difficult climbing when unloading and loading the car. The access box did not unlock the door but we were able to get the key and then all was well. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. We loved it!

Fabulous deck

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at Pacesetter. The owners were very accommodating and quick to respond via email. The condo was very clean, comfortable and charming.
