Relax in the warm summer air on one of the three balconies of this canal-front townhome. This two-level rental boasts plenty of living space for your family or group of friends, as well as all the comforts of home with the full kitchen for carefree family meals. Guests of this rental will also have easy access to nearby tennis courts and a playground.

This townhouse sits on the edge of a canal inlet of Assawoman Bay. You'll be right down the street from Little Salisbury Neighborhood Park, a quarter-mile from the beautiful shoreline, and within an easy stroll of restaurants, a coffee shop, and a grocery store. The famous Ocean City Boardwalk, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, and Splash Mountain Water Park for fun family days are only four miles south. You will also be just a short drive to the Tanger Outlets in West Ocean City, or you can drive a little further north for tax-free shopping in Delaware!

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Sand soccer stay
The condo was in a good location for the event we came into town for. While the condo was a bit dated it served our needs. Unfortunately there was construction work in the adjoining unit Friday and Sunday. I really liked the process from booking, arrival, checkout. Everything worked seamlessly.

The good, nice quite location on the canal which had nice views. The house needs to be updated needs a deep clean. There were stains on the walls, cobwebs on the ceilings, sand on the living room floor, the pots and pan were not clean. The kitchen sink had a leak and the full bathroom one of the doors had no door knob one the bathroom side ,so couldn't close it. There was a package with door knob in the bathroom, but wasn't installed. The bathroom door knob and the leak were fixed during our stay but shouldn't have to deal with the all issues. Also asked a question on Wednesday to clarify for check in that was Thursday that was not answered until Saturday morning. Good thing I figured it out.

This property does not have 2 bathrooms - it has 1.5. Two couples do not want to share a bathroom!!!! Be honest in your description. Toilet seats are chipped and wiggle when you sit on them. Overall unit was fine but bathrooms left a lot of room for improvement

The locayion of the property is great but too many issues! Bathroom is in the middle of both bedrooms meaning you each have a door to access the bathroom. Main bedroom bathroom door knob was BROKEN! If you needed to use the bathroom you had to lock other bedroom bathroom door & the room's door or else you would be locked in the bathroom and having to go around to access the bedroom.The description details that there are decks! They have a great view but the lights weren't working! So we were unable to enjoy the evenings outside! The beds were SO UNCOMFORTABLE! One of the beds was hard as a rock & both beds squeaked soo much! AC downstairs worked but upstairs no AC! Night time was so hot! Couch in the living room very uncomfortable!

Disappointing experience
Very disappointed with your description of two bathroom unit. It is 1.5 bathrooms, not two!!! We would never have booked 4 adults into a unit with a jack and Jill shared bathroom between the bedrooms. Toilet seats also need to be replaced. Very disappointed.

Perfect location
This house is in the most perfect location! Just over a block from the beach access made it so easy to go back and forth as needed. There is a full grocery store across the street and a gift shop, candy store and restaurant right next to that. The house itself was perfect for our family! Everything was clean and maintained. Loved that there was a little outdoor shower area for cleaning off, this made trips back from the beach so much easier to clean up after. The kitchen was fully stocked with all supplies and the freezer had an ice maker which was great! All tv’s had a Roku which we easily were able to connect to for the evenings when we wanted to relax. The deck and balconies were fantastic! We spent a lot of time on them, especially the two that faced the water. Would definitely stay there again.

Little Disappointed
We stayed in this same condo last year and found it charming. This year however it was not as clean or as in order as we would have liked. My husband was sweeping up sand when we first arrived. The top on the coffee carafe is broken which led to a few coffee spills. Our sink in the upstairs bathroom was also backed up. Also there didn’t seem to be an outdoor hose hookup to clean sand off ourselves from the beach. And actually for the second year in a row we needed to vacuum out the lint trap in the dryer and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since we left last August. While it was convenient to the beach and had all the necessities, Overall it was just an ok stay.

Our Stay @ Nautical Harbor 3
We booked our last minute mini week to OC, MD at Nautical Harbor 3. We rented with ease and had no problem with access. Great upstairs set up with a bathroom separating the 2 large bedrooms. Linens were included w rental and we had PLENTY of towels. Although it was a bit of a walk to the beach, we enjoyed staying in this quiet neighborhood on the canal --it was nice change from being ocean block. Being super close to Little Salisbury Park was a bonus--we were able to utilize the tennis courts for some pickleball. Overall, we liked the place, but noticed that it could definitely use some maintenance/updates and more thorough cleaning in both bathrooms (no mirror in the powder room bathroom, vanity door broken, patched hole not repainted, upstairs toilet seat loose). The kitchen was nice--just wish the unit had a Keurig and blender.

Condo on the marina
Great location, 3-4min walk to the beach, but we did need to cross RT 1. Probably would my have done it on foot w/ little kids. Condo was clean overall, but we did need to wash some kitchen wares prior to use because they were dirty. Loved walking to the coffee shop in the morning. We’d stay again.

Felt like I was in a old motel
Entering the property it was filled with the stench of cigarette even tho it’s listed as non smoking unit. Through out the house we found the linens to have just been folded and not washed. Bed sheets had still make up marks from the prior guests on them. Towels smelled of body odor. Took this up with management and their excuse was Saturdays see a lot of turn over and things can get over looked. Walking around the house we found every corner to be filled with cob webs. Ceiling fan blade had a coat of dust stuck to them. This place hasn’t had a proper cleaning in months. Through out the house multiple items were broken. Have pictures of everything I came across. This was was equivalent to a motel. The location is great but this unit needs to be taken off a week or so and have some heavy tlc pumped into it. Will not be considering any Vacasa stays after this experience. Would actually even like a partial refund for how bad this was but since I have checked out not a single person will respond to me. Stay away

Cute place on a canal
Rental was cute, affordable, and pretty close to everything. Walk 5 short blocks to the beach with a great little coffee shop to stop at along the way. As with many rentals it could be a bit better maintained. There was a broken toilet paper holder and missing mirror in the downstairs bathroom. I personally didn't care for the spiral staircase because I clipped my heels on metal every time I walked down them. Overall, this was a good rental for the price and I would recommend it to those looking to stay off of the beach.

Lovely little condo at a great location
My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was clean & was just enough room for 2 adults and 2 kids. The location was great as it was just a few blocks to the beach and also very close to the grocery store. We really enjoyed our stay.

townhouse on 94th
The location of the townhouse is GREAT! Its near everything! short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Owners need to upgrade kitchen utensils, all frying pans burn food or cook unevenly. The pull out sofa bed mattress looked liked someone pooped on it or threw up on it, unacceptable. The rear bedroom mattress was extremely hard, I put a mattress topper on it and it was still hard, unacceptable. When on vacation how well you sleep is extremely important and comfortable bedding is imperative. upgrading a few things to this unit won't break the bank.

Nice place
It was a little smaller than it seemed in the pictures. 2 single beds in one of the bedrooms would be a better option than queens in both. Place was clean, quiet and in a convenient part of town. Spent most evenings on the back deck which sits on a canal- a great place to play cards, have a drink, etc in the evenings. No problems at all during our stay.

A great cozy place. Exactly what our family of four (2 adults, 2 tweeners) was looking for. Rooms were comfy. A/C didn't disappoint. 2 porches & 2 balconies were nice. 5 minute walk to ACME & 7 minute walk to the beach was convenient. Will consider staying here again if we get back to OC, MD.

This place is in a great location and right on the bay which was nice! Unfortunately whoever stayed there before us must have broken quite a few things which were not fixed prior to our arrival (1 bathroom sink was broken, bathroom door knob broken, no mirror in downstairs bathroom, burn stains on couch). However, when I put a maintenance call in for the sink and doorknob, service was quick to come fix the issue! Thank you for our stay!

Great stay if you like more space than a hotel room
This is a charmingly decorated and comfortable home that worked well for our family of 5 (with two teenagers) who no longer fit into a hotel room. The only complaints we had were that the master bed was so hard it gave us backaches so we made the kids sleep there so we could have the more comfortable second bedroom mattress and the paint flecks off the stair rail which ended up on our hands, faces, and arms. The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked. Laundry is convenient to bedrooms. Location is good if you can't find what you want right on the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Good A/C. Wonderful having two parking spaces because we arrived in two groups. Thanks for a great stay!
