Beautiful 1st floor bayside condo with a stunning view of Assawoman Bay. Covered deck backs to a wetland. Sunsets are spectacular after a day at the beach, which is only a short walk across a signalized intersection. Renovated condo with tile and hardwood floors and new furnishings. The bedroom is complete with a queen bed. Kitchen is open to living room with large breakfast bar seating 4. Living room is complete with queen sleeper sofa with Smart TV . Condo is ideal for a romantic and relaxing getaway. Located on 56th street and is within walking distance to Macky's Bayside, Johnny's Pizza, Alley Oops, Dumser's, Fager's Island, 65th Street Deli and Market, and Seacrets. Includes 2 parking spaces. Have stayed here multiple times and my family always has a great time. Wonderful location next to Alley Oops arcade and bowling, beer store, pizza restaurant and beach across the street.

Great Condo, Great View
This place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach is a block and half away. Plus there is a bus stop on the same block, making it easy to get to the boardwalk or anywhere on Coastal Highway.

Perfect getaway spot right between the bay and the ocean less than 5 minute walk to Fagers Island! The binoculars provided were the perfect touch to watch the birds on the balcony! Perfect view of beautiful sunrises. Great location overall! Very comfortable and relaxing!

Valentines Day Visit

We love this property and stay here every year but wanted to comment on the upgrades- the mattress is SO comfortable with the topper and the new sliding glass door! We ate on the back deck for several meals. Wonderful stay as always and we can’t wait for our next trip!

Relaxing walks on beach and boardwalk. Good golfing. Enjoyed biking around Ocean City. The Unit was perfect for two of us. Great views and walking around inland side of place. Can’t wait to return.

Perfect place and location
This was probably the best VRBO property I have stayed in. While the building looked a little aged from the outside, the condo itself was adorable and clean. Best view of the marshland/bay and morning bird show and easy walking distance to Fagers and many other popular spots. I was here for a conference but can't wait to come back - I'd stay in this property again in a heartbeat!

The place is lovely, great location. We stayed during off peak time so it was very quiet. The only problem was the sofa, it was not comfortable at all, we didn’t use the sofa bed but just the couch itself was terrible. Other than that everything else was wonderful.

Nice condo overlooking the quiet bay. My only concern was that I had to sleep with the stove vent on because a neighbor was smoking marijuana. Not the fault of the owner.

Weekend friends getaway
So the location was perfect and very convenient. Loved the patio area to watch the sunsets and have an evening drink. Small walk to the beach to watch the sunrise. Having to bring my own bedding and towels was a huge inconvenience and I won't book here again for that reason.

A great condo for a couple to stay in. Clean and comfortable. Located in Midtown so it's close to everything on the island. Sunset views from the balcony are marvelous. Highly recommend.
