Beautiful 2 BR 2 BR Unit- Oceanfront, Amazing Views, Tons of Ammenities!

****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

Being on the 20th floor, you will love the panoramic ocean and bay views from the open living room area or from the balcony. There is a large living room/dining room area, with plenty of room for spending time with family and the full-size kitchen has everything you need for cooking those money saving meals at home. The master bedroom has a King size bed and offers water views from the windows. The second bedroom has a pyramid bed with a king on the bottom and a twin on the top. There is also a queen sleeper sofa. There are flat screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. A washer and dryer are available for guest use along with free wi-fi.

Located on 107th street in the Quay, this building has some of the best amenities at the beach and gives plenty of options for the kids to entertain themselves. You will love that there is an outdoor and indoor lap pool. After playing a couple of games of tennis, relax in the sauna. The kids will love the large game room that also has pool tables and ping pong tables! The building is also convenient to miniature golf, go carts, laser tag, water park, shopping and many fantastic restaurants and bars.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* A $50 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival and includes 1 uncovered parking space. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the on-site security desk.
*This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 20th floor. The Quay is an elevator building.
* Beachfront building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 108th street.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend. The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Such a nice getaway!
We had such a nice getaway! We really enjoyed all the building had to offer from the pools to the tennis court to being right on the beach. It was a great place to stay for our family of 4!

Great week at the beach! Property exactly as described. Clean and had all needed amenities. Plenty to do. Not one complaint from our three teenage children despite a few days of not so great weather.

Just what we were looking for
SO MUCH BETTER than a hotel room. We were in for a short stay, our boys had a wrestling tournament. Two nights. And yes, our boys did GREAT at the tournament. I think it was the comfortable bed and home cooked nutritional meals! Thanks vrbo.

Nice Beachside Condo
Condo building right on the beach. Partial view of the beach/ocean and nice partial view of the bay. Clean and comfortable, would accommodate 2 small families or one large one fine. AC unit in and bedroom a bit loud but not a deterrent to us at all. Would stay here again.

Nice fall beach getaway
The unit was clean, comfortable and quiet; convenient to favorite dining places and other attractions, including Sunfest. The living room tv picture was too grainy to watch (baseball playoffs).. had to watch in the BR. In hall bath, the shower knob on the tub faucet was difficult to lift to activate the shower. Parking was plentiful. Overall, enjoyable stay.

The property was as described. It served the purpose of our stay. We enjoyed some much needed relaxation. The view was nice from the balcony. You could look at the ocean or the bay. It was our first time visiting during Bike Week. The noise was not bothering at this location.

Also the folding doors were off the utility room, laying on the floor, could've been a trip hazard..

Great view of the bay. Indirect view of the ocean.
All in all we had a great time and overall I would consider staying again. The keys to get in are a little stiff. Everything was in great condition but a little outdated. The master bedroom is a bit creaky and the guest bedroom has rather loud intermittent HVAC noises. The guys working security were on different pages. Over the weekend we were allowed visitor day passes for my son and fam to go with us to the beach. On Monday they wanted to charge us $10 for them to visit for 2 hours. And the guy acted irritated that we were asking. The supplied kitchen utensils were great! If you are a coffee drinker, the kitchen is abundantly stocked with filters Be aware, you must either rent linens and towels or bring your own.

Convenient Location for a Quick Stay
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was beachfront and had a pool and some amenities, however needed some TLC. The unit was a bit dirty with sand and bits all over the tile floor when we arrived. Some of the furniture was broken in the kids rooms, and seemed dangerous for little ones, especially the bar stools which are very top heavy. The Kids pyramid bunk bed is comfortable but did not have a railing installed so we did not feel safe to let our little one sleep there. Biggest issue was the communication, on our first night here, we came back after dinner at 7:30, and the door was propped open. There was a plumber inside fixing the shower door, which is fine, but we didn't get any advance notice that anyone would be coming by. There is a strange smell in the unit, like air freshener mixed with cinnamon and trash. None of the windows opened and we couldn't air out the smell. The entire unit is also covered in tile, there could be a few more rugs or carpet to make the place more homey and not as hazardous (with wet floors). Overall the location was great and we had an enjoyable stay, but the place could use some renovations and basic upkeep.

The floor was very sandy. We swept but the carpet was full of sand. The bed in master was Extremely comfortable. Slept like a baby. The bathrooms need a little love on updating. Some rust spots and mold near the showers. We were comfortable but not what it looks like in the pics.
