"The property itself, and all the amenities were wonderful, and the communication with the property manager and the owner of the property were also so helpful. The location is so convenient to the beach and elevator service makes it very much easier for those with any physical disabilities. The studio was pristinely clean and had everything that we needed to make our stay wonderful ! We will definitely be back again !!"

"Very clean cute apartment with private entrance and porch. There was no drip coffee maker as mentioned, only a Keurig like machine. Parking on street was first come first serve and difficult to find a space sometimes. There was a door outside to a private laundry area that I thought was only for guests in house ( we did not use it) that was constantly slamming at all hours so I am not sure if there were other people using the area. Overall though was a nice area and cute property."

When we returned home, we contacted our host and he said he would address our concerns for future guests. "Overall we had a very nice time at this property. It had everything we needed for ourselves and 2 kids. Only reasons I didn’t give 5 stars is that the lock on the door did not work properly all the time so we had to mess with it to get the bolt to retract numerous times and the bathroom door didn’t fully latch so the door would sometimes open on its own. We loved the proximity to the beach and boardwalk."

"This place was perfect for our end of summer escape! The home was lovely, exactly as described and pictured, clean, comfortable, and very well-stocked. "Cute Room, very clean. Host was very available by phone. Perfect location for restaurants, etc. We stayed there because it was close to Asbury Avenue where the street fair was being held. Be warned though - you have to bring your own sheets, towels and toilet paper. Coffee maker is supposed to be on-site, but we couldn't find it. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay."
