Nice Place
We really appreciated this house. Its location was perfect for an event we had at Silver Springs State Park. Plus the ability to bring our dog. It was neat and clean, having all the necessary items to get through the weekend. If I had to give constructive criticism, the only things I would complain about was under the couch cushions was really dirty (dirt, sunflower seeds, used bandaid) and the grass was really high. The host/hostess were very accessible and friendly.

Quiet and peaceful
While this home is quiet and peaceful, there were a lot of issues that I wasn’t happy about at all. Hot tub was unusable, the fridge freezer did not work and even the fridge seemed to not be safe to keep food in. The house was clean but if you wiped up the floors because you dropped something. Good lord did that napkin come back filthy and black. Outside the patio it seems as if the neighborhood cats use it as a litter box and it smells like cat pee. Not sure how they will fix that problem. The hosts were very responsive. However with it being a holiday weekend, they couldn’t get anybody out there to fix the problems and I assume did not live locally to make adjustments themselves. They gave us the cleaning fee back but reminded us checkout was promptly at 11. The cleaners were outside the house from roughly 10am till we walked out. If this was my property and all those issues arose I would of allowed a later checkout, discounted the price of the property. Something…. But no, just the cleaning fee. Fairly disappointing in that.
