"What a fabulous stay. Was welcomed and had a great room. Very clean and very comfortably bed. Dinner and breakfast was great and staff were very polite and attentive. We were even given a comp 6 hour late checkout which added to our comfortable stay. Will def return when back in the area. "

"The hotel has a range of different people staying from mainly UK, Germany and others. Whilst some people liked having a lot of drinks, it is also family friendly. There is a really nice concierge/receptionist who helped give me information about the local area. I liked my room and the food options and I got a bargain price for my short stay. "Enjoyed my stay. Was able to walk to beach, restaurants and even walked to Old Nesebar. Not so close to the beach strip, which was nice as it was quiet and felt safe even late at night."

"Beautiful and clean property, convenient location on the beach and near buy shopping, restaurants. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. The only problem we have is the parking. No parking available and we got a parking ticket with in 5 min just to check in to the hotel."

"This is my worst all inclusive vacation ever! I want my money back !!! I was there with my friends,and here are some of the things that are so bad!!! 1. We were there from July 8 to July 11, and wasn’t any A/c working. 2. For the entire resort they have only 1 [one only) iron , and no iron birds. 3. The kid swimming pool was dirty, water was green . 4. No shampoo , or any any other things only one small soap. 5 No towels at the beach, they did not change them in the room 6. The food is horrible , no service at all, 7. All the staff is Ukrainian , and they do not speak Bulgarian or English. 8. No soap or toilet paper in the restrooms at the lobbies. I have pictures upon request. This is not even 1 star resort."

"My advice would be don't stay in room 111. It's right above the kitchen, which I found out later, and I think the exhaust from the ovens goes through one of the walls. It gets really hot, the air conditioning isn't enough and they won't admit it. I spent half a day trying to get them to change my room. They did eventually, but after I lost half a day of my holiday. It's a shame because the hotel is nice and modern, well located (close to the beach and the main street) and has a really nice pool area and activities and services. Although, the massage they offer is pretty unreliable. He canceled on me twice and finally I never was able to get one. "
