"I booked this apartment for the view and the price. The view was so amazing, almost the best in town I'll bet. This is an apartment, not a hotel, so don't expect amenities. (I did not). 2 bedrooms and a bath. The beds were comfortable and clean. The pictures are accurate. It was very humid when we stayed. A fan would have been a great addition..Communications with the property were very good. Someone in the cafe next door was very helpful with our questions. You do have to carry your luggage up...

"After we left we were charged 200 euros claiming that two living room pillows were wet outside and on the door of a storage room that was broken before we arrived, half a bottle of wine and olive oil that turned out to belong to the villa owner and we were not told anything about it. We received a threat that they would turn to the police and a lawyer. It's just a disgrace to charge such a large sum for such small things"

"We enjoyed staying at this resort. We stayed in one of the larger rooms in the main lodge. The place was huge! One bathroom, washer/dryer, two beds, a living room, kitchen and a perfect balcony with a view of the lake and mountains. We stayed only two nights and didn't use the kitchen, but we can see this would be a great place to stay for a while. "We stayed in Obertraun for two days while we toured the area by car. The apartment has a large living room and kitchen. The living room has a sleeping sofa that can accommodate another person, but we used it as a living room. The resort that the apartment is affiliated with, Dormio, provided some basics, like dish soap, in a welcome package. The kitchen was reasonably equipped, but it did lack some pots and pans. "This place is just a place for sleeping. The good part is that the room is big for more than 4 guests. Parking space is available. But amenities are insufficient. For examples, there is no conditioner for hire and water temperature is low. Furnitures are a mixed bag. If not for on-site parking, I will try differently places for stay. "
