"Hotel staff in any and all positions appeared extremely friendly and service oriented. Distance to the ski slopes is a marginal 50M or so. Hotel management pays attention to details. Breakfast and dinners in restaurant are diverse and of excellent quality. Not all serving staff may be fluent in either German or English, however, all are eager to overcome any shortcomings with enthusiasm and a very positive attitude. "There was no shades on the roof window, nor a cloth to wash yourself with. Reception was gone after 7 pm and no telephone or alarm to wake you. The pillows were totally flat or so stuffed with foam that you could not sleep. The toilette was separate from the sink. Address states Unteraunern when in fact this is in Obertauern 10 km further!"
