Schön ist es, dass es eine Küche gibt und man auch selbst kochen konnte. Es war alles in allem ok. Die Lage ist eins A und wer es nicht astrein braucht für den ist das Hotel zu empfehlen. "

The room was "funky" (in a good way) and the property is close to everything one needs (restaurants, shopping, etc.). There is no parking on-site and the public parking garages are not super close, so when one has a lot of luggage, it's less convenient."

"Reasonable cost but it's their policy to have nobody at the front desk to ask for help and no breakfast options. Communication through the third party (Expedia) app was 5 days late. So it was useless. This would have been a massive problem if my very experienced GF who travels for a living hadn't figured out a way to contact the main office and ask for directions on how to get in. Other than that, I wouldn't call the room "Premium". It was small, clean and functional. "Budget" would be more...

"Facility was in a great location, and the room was excellent. The check in process was informal, may not have been a regular employee; we got the keys fine, but no wifi password. Later we also found the room had no soap. Checking out was a mystery, the hotel lobby was locked. We ended up dropping the keys in the mailbox. Overall I think we would stay again, the hotel facilities are great, but the customer interaction (or lack thereof) needs some work."
