Our apartment is 80m ² and is located on the ground floor, but due to the hillside location with a view of Oberstdorf and the mountains beyond. A small garden can be reached from the all-round balcony, so children and dogs can also play if you are still in your nightgown ... It is completely covered with beech parquet, the living-dining room is very spacious with 50m² and you can also see the mountains from the dining area. Leather furniture, carved cupboards and a kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven, as well as modern audio and video technology (Bose Dolby surround, 50 '' image), telephone / internet flat and Jura coffee machine for freshly brewed cappuccino and espresso leave nothing to be desired. The apartment is completely glazed to the view and the floor-to-ceiling sliding door allows you to expand the living space by the balcony in summer. Due to the large additional south-facing window, it is always flooded with light.
The two bedrooms (a double bed, 1 bunk bed) are small in favor of the large living / dining area and are on the slope side, windows with fresh air shafts are available (photo no. 14 and 15). The apartment is designed for 4 people.
There is a roof garage for your car, a ski and bicycle room and a washing machine room.
The best thing is the small sauna, just for you personally. Built into the slope and entered from the balcony, it offers the option of automatically relaxing the muscles or getting the circulation going immediately after exercising, while looking at Oberstdorf. In winter, cool off in the snow. An incomparable experience.
