Es gab viel Platz zum ausbreiten. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen somit auch kein Straßenlärm oder ähnliches. Also absolute empfehlenswert. "

We visited historic Bamberg, played golf on a lovely nine hole course and found some peaceful lakes to picnic and read by. "The apartment was spotlessly clean, was of recent redecoration and had all the kitchen utensils etc you could want to prepare meals. It is in a quiet village an easy 5 kilometre cycle along the river into the old town of Bamberg and within walking distance of a few local restaurants and bars. Parking was available directly outside the property and there was a secure shed for leaving bikes. Overall, it made an excellent base for our holiday "

I'm not sure about bus and train access, but if you're traveling by car this is a quiet, comfortable spot that is easy to get to. Good location just outside of Bamberg, we were able to make day trips to Bayreuth, Nuremberg, and Wurzburg. Easy access to the autobahn, and there is a lightly used back road that furnishes quick access to REWA, Aldi, Woolworth and more....
