"The self check-in facility wasn't working and it took 30 minutes and phone conversations with 3 people before a very helpful lady was able to assist. Another guest spoke to us during that time to say he'd had trouble checking in 3 days earlier and had not had any wifi access at all for his stay. "We were very impressed with our two rooms, especially considering the modest price. The rooms were modern looking with all the conveniences we needed. We would highly recommend this property. The only minor problem that we had was at check-in. We were supposed to receive an email giving us information to check in and enter our rooms.
