The newly built 3-family house, which was completed in May 2016, is located at 1000m altitude in one of the most beautifully situated regions in the southern Black Forest, in the middle of the idyllic Hofsgrund, with a view of the local mountain Schauinsland. Our new and lovingly furnished apartment with 115sqm and a large balcony for "just switching off" in the sunset offers the ideal opportunity as a starting point for wonderful hikes, bike tours and productive leisure trips (Steinwasenpark 5 minutes away) with a bus stop right outside the front door. The bakery, inn, shop, children's playground, Dobelsee, winter sports shop and local ski lifts are all nearby. For animal lovers, we have our small farm with suckler cow, horses and 2 cats in the back yard of the large area, which invite you to relax in the countryside and make your eyes sparkle. City trips are not neglected either, because our well-known, multifaceted city of Freiburg can be reached in just 25 minutes and brings the ideal change with a shopping tour, museum day or city tour. The Europapark in Rust, Strassbourg and Basel are also in the immediate vicinity.
Regarding the restaurant situation, we have a restaurant with a terrace 50m from our house. As well as 3 other inns, which can be reached within 5 minutes by car.

Perfect place to stay!
We spent a magical Thanksgiving holiday here. The home is very clean and comfortable. There is plenty of space for large families or a big group of friends. The location is in a beautiful part of the Black Forest with stunning views, hiking trails and outdoor activities close by. Stefanie and Dominik are wonderful hosts and kept great communication. We hope to get the chance to come back here again soon!

Familienurlaub mit 8 Personen + Hund
Was soll man groß schreiben, die 155 Bewertungen sagen doch schon alles ! Es war sehr schön, es hat allen gui gefallen, von klein bis groß, von jung bis alt und dem Hund anscheinend auch, man hatte jedenfalls den Eindruck 😉 ! Die Straße war etwas laut, aber das ist wirklich klagen auf hohem Niveau. Die Ferienwohnung ist absolut zu empfehlen.

Perfect place to explore the south part of black forest
The apartment was comfortable for our family (6 person), the equipment was adequate, the hosts were very nice. The places we visited were easily accessible, in several cases we used the Konus-card (public transport) provided with the accommodation.

Hier stimmt einfach alles
Eine sehr kompetente und überaus freundliche Hausherrin beglückte uns mit ihrer geräumigen und komplett top ausgestatteten und geräumigen Ferienwohnung. Hier fühlt man sich direkt wohl und fühlt sich willkommen. So erging es auch unseren Kindern und dem Hund. Alleine der große Balkon und die top eingerichtete Küche sind als hervorragend zu bezeichnen. Sauber, schön und gemütlich gestaltet. Ausnahmslos zu empfehlen, da auch Ort und Freizeitprogramm des Umlands absolut stimmen.

Black Forest bei Familie Sonner
Unser jährlicher Ausflug mit Freunden führte uns dieses Jahr zum 1. mal in den Schwarzwald. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und die Unterkunft für uns genau richtig. Mit 6 Erwachsenen war die Einteilung mit 3 Schlafzimmern passend. Mit Kindern können auch gerne mehrere Personen Platz finden. In der Unterkunft ist alles nötige vorhanden was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Mit der Gästekarte kann man mit Bus und Bahn (Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustüre) einen sehr großen Bereich erkunden. Vielen Dank an die Familie Sonner für den schönen Aufenthalt im Black Forest

Großzügige und helle Ferienwohnung
Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage in der großzügigen und hellen Ferienwohnung in Hofsgrund verbracht und einige interessante Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung besucht. Nach Freiburg kommt man dank der Konus-Karte kostenlos mit dem ÖPNV, außerdem waren wir begeistert von St. Blasien, wo wir neben der Besichtigung des Weißen Doms eine tolle GPS-Tour mit den Kindern machen konnten. Toll war auch der Steinwasen-Park und vor allem auch die Wandermöglichkeiten rings um Hofsgrund. Die Ferienwohnung war gut für eine größere Gruppe ausgestattet, auch in der Küche war alles in großer Anzahl vorhanden, so dass das Kochen für die Gruppe problemlos möglich war.

Sehr erholsam!
Ein richtig schöner Urlaub im Februar. Wir haben die Nähe zur Natur, aber auch zur Großstadt (Freiburg) genossen. Eigentlich sollte es ein Winterurlaub werden, aber mangels Schnee mussten wir uns anders orientieren: Saunen, Schwimmen, Indoor-Spielplatz und Wandern. An den letzten zwei Tagen gab es dann doch noch Schnee: Unsere kleinen Kinder (2, fast 3 und fast 5) waren vom Schnee restlos begeistern. Dank Schneeman-Bauen und Rodeln war es für die drei doch noch ein richtiger Winterurlaub. Wir kommen wieder!

Ein wunderschöner Kurzurlaub!
Wir haben leider nur 3 Tage hier verbracht, aber die Unterkunft und auch die Umgebung laden definitiv zu mehr ein. Die Unterkunft war super sauber, die Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da kommt man gerne wieder.

Urlaub in Schauinsland
Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön, sauber und groß. Sie ist geeignet für die Leute, die gerne mit Freunden Urlaub im Schwarzwald machen möchten. Von der Wohnung aus kann man bequem zum Schauinsland zu Fuß gehen und dabei die schöne Aussicht genießen. Da das Wohnzimmer und die Küche groß sind, kann man am Abend zusammen kochen und gemeinsam etwas unternehmen. Die Küchenausstattung ist auch gut. Es gibt fast alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und großzügig zu uns. ^_^ Daher ist die Ferienwohnung aus unserer Sicht sehr empfehlenswert.

Familienfreundlicher Urlaub in den Bergen
Wir fanden eine sehr saubere und moderne Unterkunft in Oberried mit einer herrlichen ländlichen Umgebung. Unser Sohn war begeistert von den Tieren (Katzen, Kühe und Pferde) und den vielen landwirtschaftlichen Geräten. Die FeWo ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind super lieb und alles war sehr unkompliziert. Sie haben uns außerdem gute Tipps zu Unternehmungen und Wanderstrecken gegeben. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :)

Los propietarios unas bellas personas, también el abuelo es una persona agradable y cordial,buena persona su cara de amabilidad también lo dice todo. La estancia y la casa han estado a la altura.Tiene de todo la casa, así ,si el tiempo es lluvioso puedes cocinar en casa , tienen de todo.. Lo recomiendo totalmente Los alrededores son bonitos y tranquilos y a la vez cerca de muchos sitios a los que ir y disfrutar.

Sehr schöne Wohnung geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Vermieter sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt in der Umgebung viele ausflugsziele und auch Möglichkeiten bei schlechten Wetter mit Kindern etwas zu unternehmen. Unser großer Hund 🐕 war auch kein Problem. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen.

Tolle großzügige Ferienwohnung
Es ist eine tolle Ferienwohnung die alles hat, was man braucht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet um auch das eine oder andere mal zu kochen. Der Wohn-/Essbereich ist großzügig. Es gibt nur einen Fernseher was uns nicht gestört hat aber bei unterschiedlichen Interessen einer größeren Gruppe schon zu Diskussionen führen kann. Der Balkon ist schön groß und lädt zum verweilen ein. Es gibt außerdem zwei große Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten die auch sehr bequem sind. Das größte Zimmer hat ein Doppel und ein einzelner und zusätzlich ein doppelstockbett das durch einen Vorhang abgetrennt ist. Das Badezimmer ist schön groß mit Dusche und Badewanne. Die Familie Sonner (Vermieter) sind sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Sie versuchen alle Wünsche möglich zu machen. Zum Ort: Es gibt einen Bäcker der das nötigste hat (ca. 400m entfernt) Außerdem ein Restaurant (Nachbarhaus). Wer häufiger essen gehen will muss dann schon mit dem Auto den Berg hoch oder runter fahren. Da die Fewo auf 1000 m liegt war es auch im Hochsommer sehr angenehm und nie drückend heiß. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Super ausgestattete Wohnung in schöner Lage
Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind für ein Wochenende in Hofsgrund. Die Lage ist topp, man kann direkt von der Haustür aus zum Schauinsland hochlaufen. Aus Zeitmangel konnten wir gar nicht alle Attraktionen in der Gegend nutzen, aber es wird allerhand angeboten. Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet, in der Küche ist alles da was man zur Selbstversorgung brauchen könnte. Unserem Enkelchen konnte sich die Pferde, Kälbchen und Katzen von Nahem anschauen und sogar teilweise füttern. Einziges Minuspünktchen fand ich, dass Bettwäsche und Internet nicht inklusive waren, aber wir haben uns da arrangiert. Wir können die Unterkunft ohne Weiteres sehr empfehlen!
