Arrived early at the hotel as the flight was early , had to be ready for 15:40 for a wedding the check in was at 15:00 so they agreed for us do check in at 1300 which was great and allowed us to get ready and not rush . Alex was brilliant at reception very helpful . Also a young lady with dark hair couldn’t get her name wrote down details of the trams and stations we needed to stop which was on point and hustle free . Breakfast was good and loads of item to chose from . Would definitely stay here again and would also recommend this hotel . "
