This place is top two, great for families, three big bedrooms and very comfy beds. Fabulous kitchen with everything you need. The bathroom is traditional for the property but functional."

"Pine Needle Cottage was nice and clean and we had most of our needs met. We were disappointed that we couldn't sit outside at the fire pit as pictured in the booking photos. The only other problem was no dry wood to light the inside fire which was disappointing. Overall the cottage was clean and tidy."

"Pet friendly, very charming place, front security door is hard to close and open, same with all windows. There was no hot water coming out of kitchen tap. Also there is unpleasant smell coming out of the bathroom pipes- bathtub and drain. Shower in bathroom was bit hard to have for older person. Cleanliness can be stepped up. But amazing little charmer and fantastic location. Thank you "

We drove past admiring the breath taking view with giant granite boulders dotted all along the water’s edge, and sheep peacefully grazing on the hills, not realising this would be our vista for the weekend.
