"The best location, views and luxury room! Beds were SO comfy, room was HUGE and immaculate. Highly recommend over staying In Lucerne- website does not do this hotel justice. Only downside was no robes in room and my room was missing a coffee pot-our friends had both items in their room so probably a fluke! "

"The hostel is in a good location. Easy walk downhill to the ferry. Hostel also has a restaurant close to the ferry. Food there was very good and reasonable. The breakfast was very basic. The hostel needs to replace its towels and sheets. "

"Owners are a very nice, friendly couple. Remote location from Luzern. No breakfast but were offered free coffee or tea. Ten francs to use grill. Shared bath (not private as advertised). Room size OK for two but "No picnic in room!" We did not see any "free toiletries" and initially were provided only one bath towel to use for two people."

"I liked the location of the property; it was very close to the train station. I did not like how there was no person at the help-desk and the customer service was conducted strictly through emails with no phone number to call and they took hours to get us our entrance code while we waited in the cold."
