"Auf den Bildern sah die Unterkunft ok aus. Entweder waren die Bilder alt oder es war gut fotografiert. Dort angekommen war ich erstmal geschockt... Die Sauberkeit lies zu wünschen übrig. Zudem sehr abgewohnt und teilweise kaputt. Gegen alt habe ich nichts aber ganz sollte es schon sein. Schmutzige Töpfe, dreckige Schränke, in der Waschmaschine wollte ich auch nichts waschen... Die Umgebung war jetzt auch nicht das optimale. Wir haben das Beste draus gemacht aber werden sicher nicht wieder...

"Vermieter sind nett und das Essen im nebenan liegenden Restaurant ist super lecker. Ferienwohnung war sauber und sehr zweckmäßig, die Lage ist schön zentral. Basel, Zürich und der Rheinfall sind alle mit Tagesausflügen leicht zu erreichen und wandern kann man auch gehen. Auch ist der Ort mit Zug zu erreichen - da sollte man so 20 Gehminuten einplanen."

"Enjoyed a 2 week stay, great location up the mountain, easy access to everything, but quiet at night. Apartment is a good size, has everything you need, ( apart from perhaps a dishwasher), bathroom and kitchen could do with a refurb, but then again it's pretty well priced. Hosts were very friendly and were there to welcome us and wave us off when we left"

"The studio flat is exactly as shown in the photos. However, if you travel during summer, consider that it gets quite warm as there is only one window and air does not circulate a lot. The room was not ready by check-in time. Also, although they said the cleaning service was every 3 days, this only happened once and skipped the 2nd cleaning day. Also consider the room is on top of a restaurant and a bar, so it is slightly noisy until 11 PM. Overall is good for the price, but keep in mind all the...

"We stayed in the apartment for 10 days and had a lovely time. The place is actually better than the pictures. Nice kitchen, good bathroom, bed were good enough (although might need replacing some tome soon). The balcony is lovely in the morning for breakfast amd the garden is great for drinks and lazing around. Swimming in the lake is great! The only down side was the neighbours macross the road making a noise."

"- die Spülmaschine war defekt (wir mussten für 7 Personen alles von Hand spülen - die Verdunkelung im Esszimmer war defekt - die versprochene Mikrowelle fehlte - der Wasserkocher fehlte - keine Eierbecher und Eierlöffel bzw. Kaffeelöffel aber wir hatten trotz allem ein sehr schönes Wochenende. "

"Highly recommended to anyone who loves to get out in the mountains. Networks of beautifully signposted Swiss footpaths pass the front door. The scenery is dramatic - limestone cliffs creating steep sided gorges - and makes for some challenging mountain biking! Gabriele was a generous host and her apartment made a cosy and extremely comfortable base for exploring. We were grateful for the warm log stove on the cool October nights."
