"Staff was very helpful. They gave us WiFi access and toothpaste when we requested it. The staff that checked us in was very informative and gave the perfect recommendation on dinner. The food in the hotel was very good and the staff working at the restaurants were very friendly. "

"My go to hotel in Frankfurt, I get not everyone's cup of tea, but it is exactly like you see on the pictures. Well located for exploring the City, If arriving by train from the airport or main train station get off at Hauptwache stop and exit towards the end of the train you have just got off, the station before on the map may look nearer but it isn't. Reception is on the sixth floor, you need a card to access the other floors. Dedicated check in staff would be nicer rather than having to...

"The property was a great location for visiting the Christmas market. It was definitely no quiet though, from either outdoor noise or fellow guests. The property was clean and the breakfast was pretty good."

"The hotel was clean and in good condition. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are hit and the air conditioning even when turned down low was not great and had to open the windows. Trouble was noise and loads or sirens all night. Just round the corner was a drugs hostel and a red light district and taxi driver said he'd never go there at night. Some lovely areas with the Christmas Market, but saw people passed out through drugs and using crack pipes. Shame as ever area has issues but...

"Good hotel in a good location. Our room wasn't as clean as I would personally like. Seemed ro have been cleaned in a rush, dirt particles on the sofa, beddings ruffled, smell not so fresh. Otherwise it was a decent accommodation. Didn't like that they didnt come to ean even once although they said cleaning is done once in 3 days and we were there for 4. Tbey o ly came to give us fresh towels."
