Property is not as clean, stains on pillows and blankets on bed, no sheets or bedspreads, also, the hot water for showers, hand washing, and cleaning dishes is limited. When there’s 5+ people showering, it’s impossible at this location to keep water hot. I also had to request for my check in information because it was not sent to me. "Great location, Comfortable house. Spent 5 days there. Bus stop was only 2 blocks away and the property came with free bus passes. So we either walked downtown or rode the bus to where we needed to go. Our only complaint would be that the showers didn't have shelves to set your soap & shampoo on."

"Booking was really easy. Olivia communicates well by e-mail and answers queries quickly. We had a really late arrival at the property which went really smoothly as arranged by Olivia. "The house is lovely! It is really comfortable, big livingroom and bedrooms with good bathroom and kitchen that has everything you want. There is a lot of outside space. The house is nicely decorated, the owners have clearly done much more that the minimum. It really feels like staying in a friend's house. The location is great.
