"I arrived, somewhat unusually, as a solo traveller, and chose the hotel for its location next to the Moselle. I like to walk, and the hotel afforded a good walk along the river, down to the main tourist attractions and the Altstadt. The hotel architecture was absolutely fascinating, and for anyone who likes quirky, this is the place to stay. My room was spacious and comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. My poor German wasn't a problem! The breakfast on offer was very good, but perhaps you need a good appetite to fully appreciate it! I very much enjoyed my stay in Koblenz, and was very happy with my choice of hotel."

The person who checked us is in was friendly and provided us with a map and directions to the main haupstrasse district and attractions. The room was large and clean.
