"I requested and was granted without hesitation a room change due to the allocated room not being suitable. GREAT breakfast- the best omelette I’ve had in Deutschland. Spacious, clean rooms. Close to HBF but with luggage you will need a taxi. Bistro restaurant is a bonus as you don’t need to leave the hotel for food. Taxis waiting outside the front entrance of the hotel. Will come back here "

"The hotel is modern, and I really liked the online check-in. The virtual key is also very handy, as you don't need to worry about carrying a physical key. The restaurant on the ground floor is very nice, with tasty food and drinks, and the staff are also very friendly. The only negative point is the issue with the shower, which clearly hasn't been resolved yet. "The customer service for breakfast and lunch was great! Check in was great! We did get stuck in the garage for about 10minutes because no one would answer the intercom, we had to call them on the phone, slight inconvenience. Otherwise, this location was great."

"Everything was perfect, the Lange room, comfortable beds, great location between Hbf and the center. However, the air-conditioning was not regulated, it was too hot in the room. There is no shampoo or shower gel but the hand soap(!) in the shower. The breakfast at 9:50 was empty (should be till 11:00) and was not renewed, considerable luck of the serving personal at the restaurant, actually gust one girl."
