"Bright clean, well equipped, comfortable apartment with parking. Easy access to everything that Laax has to offer. Excellent communication with Dirk (the host). Was a great base for a week of skiing, only a few minutes to the lifts and the bars!"

"good size flat . the cleanliness is not like famous swiss standart. lots of dust flaff, a lingering smell, no bed linen on(u have to do it yourself), windows. not like the price they ask for end of stay cleaning. this flat has too much owners stuff in it. the bedrooms were empty cupboards mostly but no kitchen space apart from the fridge, the worst part was the flat manager did not answer the phone and we were not able to pay the tourist tax and get 50% off cable cars+free transport in the area....

"The shower was a bit uncomfortable. The internet was not all the time and in all the apartment strong enough. I suggest to add some heat resistant gloves in the kitchen. We had a wonderful stay and will come back for sure."

What isn't obvious from the listing is the direct access and use of the outside sitting area/table by the kitchen door and the beautiful garden space. "This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. The receptionist (blonde lady) spoke perfect English and was very helpful and friendly. The pool was open all day to 9pm, with a special child friendly time from 5-7 which my child adored, and it was very clean and modern. We parked in the garage underneath the hotel (for a fee) which you need your room card to gain access. This was safe and secure. Breakfast was from 8am until 10am and had a good range of items available. However please be warned...
