"It is within walking distance from the Old Town and if you enjoy walking, it is not too far from the castle. There is no concierge. We lost something and needed to get some info and there was no one there to help. Easy in/out. "

"Ameniin the room were great. Room was clean and nice. Many areas were walking distance including the trams. Unless i missed it there was no clear instructions on the check out process. Other than that great stay"

"Very clean and well maintained, since they don't have a receptionist they need to reply to communications faster over WhatsApp. The only negative thing besides that was the pee smell coming from the bathroom all the time, my guess the drains don't have proper air pipeline "
