We had an absolutely fabulous week at Torsa.
We had an absolutely fabulous week at Torsa. The owners were so welcoming and could not have made our experience any more enjoyable. We played the Isle of Seil golkf course a dmfew times and enjoyed some good walks. The cottage is very well equipped with everything we needed to cook for a week and the whole cottage is very comfortable and cosy. We loved every minute of it and hope to return in the future. Unfortunately we were there during Coronavirus so the pubs and restaurants weren't open but we knew that before booking. The views from the cottage are excellent we while we were there in early December we had some snow and the whole place looked idyllic. Would highly recommend a stay here. I was on my own and the cottage was amazing. I know the area fairly well having stayed locally several times before. The absolute best bit for me was being able to watch otters most days at the end of the garden.

Beautiful cottage, very clean, beautiful view through patio doors and decking. Owners very helpful but not intrusive. A good selection of wildlife, deer, a family of ducks, pheasants, heron, oyster catchers etc. It was a nice relaxing experience, would go back again.

Cottage just about the nicest we have stayed in during our many years holidaying all over Scotland, clean and well equipped. Owner a very pleasant chap with useful information about the area. Lovely location, very quiet and peaceful. Wildlife abounds in the area and the baby rabbits were captivating bouncing around the grounds. Saw plenty of deer not only driving around but watched one by the water from the cottage balcony. Plenty of birdlife from swans and ducks to herons.

We have just come back from spending a very relaxing week on Clachan Seil at the willowburn cottages
We have just come back from spending a very relaxing week on Clachan Seil at the willowburn cottages, the surrounding scenery and views are beautiful and it is soooo quiet, if it’s peace and quiet you want there’s nowhere better. The cottage is very nice and comfortable, clean and fresh with all mod cons, the only downside I could see there was that if you went in the colder months you might not be warm enough in the downstairs area of the house as there is only one electric panel heater heating the living area which is open plan to the kitchen. The owners are very nice and don’t bother you but are near by if you need them. There is a lovely old pub just a 5 minute walk away in one direction and a shop about 2 miles away in the other direction. We would definitely go back again.
