I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel Casa Puga, very helpful and friendly concierge at the reception, resolved all my inquiries about the city , exceptionally clean room, new AC, very pretty little hotel , with its peculiar charm, in the middle of the historical center, everything I wanted to visit is within walking distance, will definitely stay there again!

I found this new hotel very modern and clean. My room was far from the entrance, so there was no noise from the street.Staffs were all friendly. And the king size bedroom was spacious and comfortable.

Did not like construction going on or no prewarning when booking. The property is connected to the next. You could hear jackhammers,banging of equiptment all hours of the day. The restaurant on top was quite noisy till late hours at night. They did have complimentary ear plugs 😆.

There is a noisy bar in the same building is like you were at the bar. We arrived at 11:30am to the hotel and all rooms were ready, but they told us that check in was at 3:00pm and that we had to pay 300 if we wanted to check in earlier. If you loose a plastic room key without any print you pay 250. If you ask the front desk for a taxi you pay 100 more to the driver. I would not recommend this hotel at all. They want to steal from you.

Muy mal el check in; desde la app pedi una habitación con cama king size y otra con dos camas. Poco flexible el tema que según recepción venía mal desde la app, tenían que cancelar mi reserva (por ende perder mir noches en Hoteles.com) y cambiar la tarifa y asignar habitación según mi necesidad. No acepte y me quedé así
