Each suite can host up to 2 guests comfortably in our oversized king beds. If you are coming with a bigger group, please feel free to ask us for more availability. This is a 3-level property, each suite is designated according to availability. All of our suites share a similar setup, but design details may vary.
Guest Access:
Guests have private use of their bedroom and bathroom during their stay. Guests will be given private, unique door codes for their stay, and bedroom closets also have locks on them. The common areas such as the terraces, and living areas are shared with other guests. HOLT’s housekeeping staff will be on-site during daytime hours to ensure high-quality service throughout your stay. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the guest rooms without prior guest approval.
The Neighborhood:
HOLT Casa Lumo is located right in the heart of the Centro Historico. It is located just 3 blocks away from El Templo de Santo Domingo, a short stroll away from the Zocalo, and within a walking distance from the most important landmarks in the city. Restaurants, coffee shops, art galleries, parks, churches, bars, and shops - everything is located right outside your door.
Getting Around:
Given the perfect location, we recommend our guests to get to know the center on foot. If you need a ride somewhere, taxis are readily available at all hours. If you are driving to the city or plan to rent a car, there are multiple open paid car parks in the surrounding blocks.
Other Things to Note:
All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.
The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. There is an additional security camera in the lobby area to ensure the safety of all our guests. There are no recording devices in private areas of the room. All recordings are deleted after 30 days.

We provide professional cleaning and disinfection service before every stay. Free mid-stay cleaning in your stay.
As much we love your furry friends, we cannot accommodate pets in our rooms. We cannot host guests arriving with pets.
Interaction with Guests:
HOLT Casa Lumo is a contactless guesthouse, meaning we do not have a traditional front desk. Guests will check-in online prior to arrival to gain access to HOLT’s Boarding Pass, which gives guests entry to the property and their rooms, and all the information they need to make their trip an enjoyable one.
Around the property during most working hours is HOLT’s cleaning staff. HOLT staff may enter rooms without guest approval to clean and maintain the rooms and property, as is standard procedure in all hotels.
