"A great overnight stay in a beautiful annexe to the main "farmhouse-style" country house. A warm welcome from owner Barney as I drove through the gate, helped to make the long day's drive evaporate quickly. Everything was there that I needed to make my stay restful and enjoyable. I suspect I was staying in a former "granny annexe" that had been upgraded to make it a home that was bigger than my London mews house. A beautiful breakfast was left in the small kitchen to serve myself the next...
