"A good simple two bedroom batch in the heart of South Bay. Perfect for weekend or longer stays, close to the water and walking distance to some nice walks. Highly recommended."

"We flew over from Australia for a weekend in Kaikoura, fishing and diving The house was awesome, we could walk out the back and down to the beach for a cold plunge in the ocean to wake up, the house was spacious and had us entertained with games by night.we also enjoyed the fire place of an evening, the view of the ocean was a treat with dolphins and fish jumping all day "

"My husband, daughter and our dog stayed here for 3 nights. The property is ideally located close to everything you need but slightly removed in a quiet neighbourhood. One of the bedroom doors was slightly difficult to open due to it catching on the carpet and there was only one bin in the entire property (in the kitchen) and would recommend having an additional bin in the bathroom for tissues, etc. Overall a lovely and relaxing stay! "

"Would highly recommend this property, and we are going to use again. Great walks nearby and the house is very well set up, we required nothing. Host is easy to contact if you have any questions. We had a memorable weekend with family. Also highly recommend the zip lining."

"Lovely spot near a surf and fishing beach. Clean home. One issue with unclean sheet was met with very helpful response from owner.recommend staying here, only a few minutes from Kaikoura"

"This was a lovely place to stay. The views are very accurately, amazing! Great deck, comfy furniture and good amenities. We’d book again for sure."

"Great location for our purpose. A hive of activity and spectacular views of the ocean, mountains and watching the fisherman and boaties coming and going.A good bach setup, fantastic looking gas cooktop (we didnt use) sky tv, aircon, outdoor seating, perfect weather, what more could I say"
