"We had a wonderful stay at this lovely little resort. The owners Talia and Antonio, as well as all the staff, were so friendly, attentive and accommodating. We loved the peaceful little beach and being able to snorkel right off of the dock. Our cabana was cute and comfortable and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our stay. The food served in the restaurant was also delicious! We took colectivos to easily get into town, which is about a 10 minute drive. We had a perfect trip and highly recommend Puerta Azul to anyone looking for a small, boutique experience in a quiet and peaceful setting, with easy access to all that west Roatan has to offer."

"The hotel was beautiful and the views were amazing! The staff were wonderful. Everything we ate there was delicious. The only negative was the excursion staff were a little pushy trying to get us to book an excursion while we were trying to check out the complimentary snorkeling gear."

"Naboo is a beautiful retreat just a few steps from the beach and a few little shopping and eating spots. The rooms are very simple but extraordinary care is taken to make sure they are clean and maintained. Every inch of this property is kept in tip top shape. The food that comes out of Naboo’s own restaurant is second to none. BEST FOOD on the island. BEST STAFF on the island!! Omar and Eduardo are superstars!!"

"We had the best time. The room was large spacious and very comfortable. The shower was huge! Every morning and evening the Scarlett Macaws would fly around. The hotel is up on the hill with the beach club about a 1/4 mile below. They provide transportation to and from and we never had to wait more than 5 minutes or so. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The location was conveniently located between West Bay and West End. We walked to both. The walk to West end was a bit of an adventure but very doable. I have recommended Blue Roatan to my friends and family and I do the same for you. "
